McDonald's — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

Too bad I can't give ZERO stars! The lady at the cash register had a "dead" personality; no greeting people, no smiling, no thank you... in fact, she had an ATTITUDE! I placed my order at the kiosk, and when I showed her my receipt & asked for my cup, she had an ATTITUDE. She had absolutely NO sense of urgency... like she should at a FAST food restaurant. I waited, waited, and waited. Several people who ordered AFTER me got their food BEFORE me. After waiting TWENTY-THREE MINUTES for a regular $1 cheeseburger and $1 fries, I asked for a refund from the Assistant Manager. The same cashier got an ATTITUDE again, walking off and mumbling loud enough for me to hear "EVERYBODY'S got an attitude today". I responded that "You'd have an attitude, too, if you waited over TWENTY minutes for a cheeseburger!" The Assistant Manager apologized, refunded my money, and claimed my order got "bumped" off the screen (even though I could see it on the monitor that tells customers what orders are being served). Placed a mobile order for drive-thru pick up.. pulled in and there were two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru line. After about 10 minutes passed by and the line hadn’t moved at all, I went inside. As I walked in, I realized why the line outside had not moved .. bc none of the employees were doing their job! Literally - four employees were standing behind the front counter talking to one another, along with two more employees having a conversation while standing by the soda machine. I walked up to the counter and stood there for a good minute without being acknowledged whatsoever, I finally said “I’m here to get my 2 pick up orders” to which one of the employees said “okay, hold on.” I said okayyyyy and I just stood there .. at the counter .. for 5 MORE minutes while they continued their conversation about what shift they each were working tomorrow and what they have planned for this weekend BLAH BLAH BLAHHHH. Once I realized none of them had any interest in me nor the orders I had placed, I turned around and I walked out. Like come onnnnn.. Literally pathetic and jus straight...

I went there at 2:53 to get me two McDoubles with ketchup and pickle only the only I got home had to turn around and go back I called she said bring the receipt and she would replace the order I get there and she wanted the sandwiches good thing I brought them with me I went inside waited while they made two more and they made those wrong I wanted ketchup and pickle only exactly an hour and 10 minutes later I'm finally eating my two sandwiches and that's after a 20-minute wait drive-thru before I ordered I go to the drive-thru every Saturday and Sunday morning I like to order a number one with a mocha frappe every weekend for the last 2 months or so they tell me sorry are frappe machine is not working every weekend not possible there's one manager that if he's on they make it stop being lazy and do your job what happened to good...
