Rally's — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

My vehicle has problems so i can't go thru drive thru. Therefore I choose the walk up. The last time I visited this rallys on 28th Street as well as the last 2 I could not get served at walk up and it was only 9:45 at night. Even after explaining my ride situation they just shrugged and said too bad. I don't know what is so hard about taking an order at the walkup. It's there for a reason and "We ain't taking orders at the walkup is bullshit because the person that tells me they aren't taking orders has a headset on and is clearly taking orders. If the walk up closes at a certain time then please post it. I always tip at the window if I get a smiling face and a burger not a go to hell look and turned away. No reason why she couldn't have took my order other than LAZY and inconsiderate. If you can't deal with the public please find a job in the custodial occupation and clean toilets. The cashier Erica .A was very rude and unprofessional. She did not greet us on the speaker just told us to wait. Then when we asked was she ready she told us she was waiting on US. Then told us we couldn't not use our school discounts because we didn't make enough orders, we made three different orders how many did she need? She then told one of us we could not use a coupon, I then cancelled my order. Hungry as I was I refuse to give this store my hard earned money. She really needs an attitude adjustment. Then she told us to have a nice day and closed the window without giving us all of our order. When we told her she left off an order she rudely told us to pull up. I will not be back to this Rally's ever!! When we finally got our food another guy brought it out so it was pleasant not to have to see...

Some of the workers are good at their jobs; some of them can't wait to go on break. To the point of shouting about it across the way before giving the customers (me) their food (sadness; I felt it.) It wasn't every time, but it was enough times to feel kind of unprofessional at times. But that being said, it wasn't all the workers. Some of them were understanding, if you had communication issues about how to get your order that needed more time to cook (It's that online-ordering-only lane, guys....it's a touch confusing). All in all, I'd recommend it! Rally's has always had great deals. If you're going to pay an arm and a leg for a chicken sandwich, let it be here! They'll give you a medium drink and some fries...
