Asked for cappuccinos. Server asked what flavor. He said a few flavors & we said hot chocolate. We had 2 hot chocolates that we ended up adding to coffees all the way to Tennessee. Finally threw out rest. It was like chocolate sauce with a little water. The lemon donut I eventually ate so the frosting was dry. The donut was in a bag. Messy.

I have been to Shipley's Donuts once or twice and I never will go back that's on Main Street they are some of the worst people I have ever met my life they are a bunch of cheats they will sell you don't answer it's been sitting there all day and after that they're no good you tell them about that they'll give you an extra donut big deal they're so soggy they're no good they should be giving them out the charity like everybody else...

The food is ok but the owner she has a nasty attitude when it comes to customers using the app if she doesn't like the app (then why agree to have it at her establishment) the app is convenient but also needs some work I have received rewards on the app that i am not allowed to redeem at the only location in my city.Its unprofessional that customers have to travel 45miles away just to treated right and to redeem rewards...

Employees refused to unlock the front door for business at 5:15am. After I knocked on the door, one employ just stared at me while he was eating donuts. Apparently they do NOT respect the customers. Not until I started walking away while on the phone to give a BAD review, then did a employee come and unlocked the door. Business hours says open every day at 5:00am. Apparently only when...
