Underwater Seafood — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

The food was so delicious the hospitality everything was great. Only problem I have is that I spent over $100 and the gentleman that took my card to pay for a to go order and he brought my card back and when I got home, I looked at my balance and he had charged me twice And now I have called left messages. No one will return my call. No one is Answering the phone. So this is a warning to everyone if you use your card make sure that you check it immediately because I live out of town and so he got me so I would say if you don’t check it immediately your best out is take cash I would never trust a card there at all again more than likely I will not go back. I sent my brother up there the next day with his family and he spent over $300 and they enjoyed it but they gave such a little sauce and when they had to have more sauce, they charged for it so now they put less sauce on there to get more money out of you. This is the only downfall I have about this place other than that I would give it a 5 10 whatever the highest is but This is not business and I can’t help but believe he knew he had charged me twice. I've only been here twice, Me and my baby boy stopped for my 10hr reset (seafood is our favorite). I ordered this sample plate OMG. The flavor is original! The 2nd they weren't offering the sample plate anymore. But I had mentioned that THATS WHAT I CAME FOR(drove almost 2 hrs) Wasn't tripping, I just made a statement. One of the owners came and said he'd make it and then added the fish 🙏🏽

They don't have to do that the next time but I'm glad they did it THAT TIME!

NEVER AGAIN!!! Was told they had the best seafood eggrolls, not not true. Was charged $14.95 for six eggrolls, in my head I was like no problem was told they the best. I was so disappointed when I got home and opened the box. NOTHING BUT vegetables and they were NOT WHOLE EGGROLLS THEY WERE NOT 6 BUT 3 CUT IN HALF TO MAKE 6. Talk about upset and mad.
