Subway — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

I had a pretty funny experience a few days ago. The guy who finished making my sandwich was obviously tired and ready to go home haha. He was being funny about it but was also a bit irritated. That could've been his personality though and he could've been just joking around. I told him that I wanted Mayo on my sandwich but I could see that they were running out. (They usually go grab some from the back but maybe he didn't feel like it.) He told me that he would put some mayo packets in the bag instead. I should've known that wouldn't happen because I've been going to Subway for YEARS and I've never seen a SINGLE packet of mayo lol. No packets in the bag when i got home of course. I'm glad i had some at home. I do love that they take coupons though! that makes it worth while! they were out of a lot of stuff when I went and if you have a coupon for several sandwiches, you can only get one steak and you can't get double meat with a coupon. Just keep that in mind. I also find the meat a bit lackluster in quantity. So i either get double meat ($3 extra) or i get a sandwich will lunch meat (like the italian bmt) instead of meats like chicken and steak because it'll just end up being mostly bread and whatever veggies you get. Store #: 12655-0 I came here yesterday (07/22/21) for the first time in over 10 years and ordered what I thought was a turkey club sandwich which should've included turkey and bacon. I didn't want bacon, and opted to substitute with turkey. So in few words... I built my own sandwich and it didn't matter price as I was indeed building to my suit. Today, I went back because of the professional experience yesterday, but that was a mistake. The owner (I'm guessing) took my order, and when I started to build my sandwich like I had previously done, he was short tempered with no people skills. I asked if he would let the young lady build since she was the one that did it on the day before. He snapped in response "NO! I'll do it." He then said, "It's not a club sandwich you want if you're asking not to include bacon." I then said, "Ok well will you just add more turkey?" He never responded in concern of me being a purchasing customer. I immediately paid for my daughter's and my food and complimented the young lady on her professionalism on the day before. Sooo, my family are visiting here in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and had a hankering for some Subway this Super Bowl Weekend. We had coupons and first wanted to make sure if this location accepted our Subway coupons? They stated they do accept Subway coupons 👍We are a family of four so each sandwich request is unique.
