Went there to get a hot fudge sundae with hard vanilla ice cream, sprinkles & whip cream. When I got home & started to eat it I realized there was no hot fudge on it. I went back & told the girl so she proceeded to put hot fudge on it. When I got back home for the 2nd time there was barely any hot fudge & my ice cream had melted at this point. Never before have I had an issue except for when I ask for a receipt it always has the wrong date on it. I am very disappointed about the service I received.So with that being said I will no longer be getting my ice cream from there! Also I will be posting this to Yelp as well tonight & to top it off the blonde hair girl thought it was funny. Never got what I paid for. 🤬 Went back a few weeks later & spoke with the owner's niece & she was very apologetic & rectified the situation. The ice cream is homemade. I got the Cookie Monster. The downside it turned my teeth and mouth blue from the coloring used in the ice cream. There also wasn’t much cookie or monster in this particular ice cream. When I think of Cookie Monster especially from the others I’ve tried around this way I think of chips ahoy pieces, Oreo cookies, chocolate chip cookie dough, m&m’ mins. The ice cream is delicious, but I love the different variety of other treats they offer. Several times while going in the winter, they gave us sample slices of different ice cream cakes to try. Each one was SO good that I had to write a review about it! They offer unique dessert options you can’t get at the average ice cream shop.
