Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pine Township

I ordered 10 minutes before my 2 buddy's on the mobile app and it said my food would be done by 533pm and we got there about 530. My buddy's ordered their food in the store and got their food first at 550 so I went to talk to the rude staff and they said it just needs to be wrapped up and sent out. My food came out at 5:55. I ordered my food without tomatoes and of course they gave me tomatoes. And what little they put into my burrito and crunchwrap was all pushed down to one side. And literally all of their fountain drinks had no syrup. And they said they couldn't change it. The drive-thru had hardly anybody in it and there were only two other families inside the store so they weren't even that busy. This was the second time this month I've gone to this Taco Bell and the food quality and wait time was awful. Im pretty sure my experience yesterday will make me stop visiting Taco Hell for a while. The kid on the other end of the order box sounded like he wanted to be anywhere else. I knew he missed part of my order - but it seriously took 10 minutes for me to even make it to the window. When I said that an entire combo was missing he told me I would have to go through the drive thru again. So I asked to just add on a coke and I'd deal with it. While he was filling my drinks he was swearing at who ever was in the back, dropping the F bomb multiple times. He rudely handed me my order, and then slammed the window when he was done. When I got to my destination to eat, my order was still missing parts that I actually DID pay for. Calling the store does nothing. Vicky says she will mail coupons. And...

Generational let down. Me and the boys pull up and order, and are still waiting for our food an hour later. The employees are on the verge of crashing out. They are ridiculously understaffed, like it's a joke. They are super inefficient, and just not getting food out to customers. I have never in my entire life been so disappointed. I am still waiting while writing this, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm still waiting when you see this. I want my food, and I want to go home. God heave mercy on us, and bless my Taco's if they come.
