I absolutely LOVE this place—it has quickly become my favorite restaurant in all of Florida. Everything from the location, to the drinks, to the food, to the customer service is a true 5-star experience. For me, that says a lot because I’m usually very hard to please when it comes to food. But this restaurant completely blew me away. The coconut shrimp is perfection—crispy, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve ever had. The guava mojito is refreshing and unique, and the Caesar wrap was just as satisfying. My boyfriend ordered the wings, and they were gone in minutes—he couldn’t stop raving about them! The service here is OFF THE CHARTS. I wish I remembered my server’s name, but what stood out most was that even servers who weren’t assigned to our table stopped by to check on us. That kind of hospitality makes the whole experience feel warm, welcoming, and truly family-oriented. Overall, this restaurant is the total package: amazing food, outstanding service, and a genuine atmosphere. I’ll always make it a point to come back whenever I’m in Florida.

Patrona Coastal CafĂ© is definitely beautiful. The whole place has a really clean, coastal vibe and is worth checking out for the aesthetic alone. It was cool to see kids and boats pull up and dock to come get breakfast. They have a separate restaurant section, but I went with my family to the self-serve cafĂ© side. The food was pretty generic breakfast fare, nothing special flavor-wise, but aesthetic made up for it, somewhat. Coffee was just okay too. Not bad, just not memorable. The service was decent, nothing over the top, but everyone was polite. Unfortunately, my coffee cup actually split and spilled all over me when I put the cover on.. but they were kind enough to replace it when I explained what happened. Overall, I’d say it’s more about the atmosphere than the food or coffee. It was a little pricey, but perfect for a cute photo or chill breakfast spot if you’re going for the vibe.

Not really anything good about this place besides the atmosphere, which is just the tree canopy really (no music or vibes). Insane parking situation - be careful if you don't have a truck. Rushed by staff to place an order even though they were out of several items on their already tiny & absurdly overpriced menu. Expect 30+ minutes for your counter service food to come out. When it does, it will probably be insanely bland. If you ask for your food to be recooked, because your quiche is literally still uncooked dough, they will look at you like you're insane. Oh, and they taste like they forgot to season them too! Awesome. Don't order their "special" $9 cinnamon rolls - unless tiny, crusty, hard, and burnt is what you're in to (pictured). I will say, coffee drinks were tasty and creative, and if I came back I would DEFINITELY just do coffee. Just a disaster experience for food though.

Okay, I’ll start by saying that I’m a relatively easy person to please when it comes to places like this one. A decent cup of coffee and edible food is enough for me. That being said, here’s my review.

My daughter saw a favorable post about this place on TikTok and thought it was cute so we went. My wife found a table while my daughter and I waited in line to order. It took awhile but we finally placed our order and were given a disk that would vibrate when the order was ready for us to pick it up at the counter. Fine. All’s well. After about twenty minutes the disk vibrates so we go to the truck/trailer in which the food is made to pick up our order (three croissant breakfast sandwiches, two iced coffees and a hot macchiato.) the food was ready but the drinks weren’t. My daughter took the food to the table and I waited for the drinks to come out. I’m 6’3” so I’m able to see into the truck
it’s utter chaos and not too sanitary (garbage overflowing the bins and the counters were a mess of spilt coffee and food debris), there were plated food orders just sitting there with no one calling them out. After 10-15 minutes I asked the girl who seemed to be in charge if my drinks were ready. She was very nice and explained that they were backed up, so I told her I was going back to my table so I could eat my food while it was hot and would she please buzz me when the drinks were ready. She kindly agreed.

I returned to the table and had the sandwich. It was clearly microwaved, which left the croissant slightly limp and soggy, and the egg was in disk form and crumbly so I’m sure it was a pre made, microwaveable food, and the sausage smelt of the grease it was “cooked” in. So, we finish our sandwiches and the buzzer never buzzed so we went to the truck to pick up our coffee in the way out. We get there and it’s still not ready! While I’m trying to find the girl in charge the buzzer goes off and a very frazzled girl kinda throws our order at us.

I can’t describe how bad my macchiato was, but suffice to say that I threw it away after a couple of sips. My wife and daughter’s iced coffee were okay enough to drink.

So, for $70 we had the privilege of having to scrounge for a table, wait way too long for the order to come out, eat mediocre microwaved food, and be tardily served, undrinkable coffee.Fantastic. I avoid chain restaurants but there’s something to be said for...

Waited an and hour and twenty minutes for 2 iced coffees, breakfast sandwich and acai bowl. Just for the buzzer to ring and tell me they were out of açaí and that it was going to be another 10-15 minutes for a substitute which I asked for another breakfast sandwich. Used to be a good spot and still is based on the atmosphere but Jesus do not recommend ordering anything. It was busy but nothing a coffee joint can’t handle. Also not to mention that my order came to just under $60 ($58.67) after tip. I did not receive any compensation for the açaí that was not available even tho I paid for it and it is more expensive than the sandwich. By the time we got our coffees the ice was pretty much all melted, extremely watered down and all the syrups they used had separated. DO NOT RECOMMEND. *Just go to the restaurant next to it. They have coffee and food and is a great joint and fair pricing. ** avoid the patrona cafe at all costs. Been here several times and each time it has gotten worse sad to see a place go down hill so terribly. Highly disappointed, will not be returning, restaurant next door will get my business. Sandwiches also were extremely over priced for what I got. Would’ve taken a Dunkin’s breakfast sandwich over it. Would’ve made Dunkin look...
