I recently had the pleasure of eating at The New Deli with my cousin and let me tell you: we'll be back with more of the family soon! Located in Pinole this place has been serving the community for over 37 years, and it's clear why it's a local favorite.

My cousin ordered the Meatball Sub while I indulged in Pasta Carbonara. Both dishes were fantastic. Despite being busy, the service was quick and efficient—we didn't have to wait long for our orders at all.

While on a 1-day job assignment, four of us were unfamiliar with the area. Someone at the office we were visiting suggested all five of us go to this place, which is located in a strip mall.

My Greek salad was a generous portion and remarkably good.

Someone's Rubin sandwich looked good, too.

A tuna salad sandwich had a generous amount of tuna salad.

The vegan sandwich didn't look especially noteworthy, but the diner said he would order it, again.

The only disappointment appeared to be their elbow macaroni with tomato sauce and meatballs. Although the portion was generous, the diner reported it being served on the cool side and, to me, it appeared light on the tomato sauce.

The young girl was nice. I ordered the chicken soup thinking it was homemade ands a grilled cheese wirh jack abs cheddar and added bacon. I got my order got home the paper bag it was put in the Super 8 on the bottom so I got to my parking space at hone got out of my car and the whole bottom fell out with my soup and a sandwich I came inside open everything up my sandwhich isnt even toasted theres no bacon which they charge you extra the soup was full of dill which I hate and have never had dill in my chicken noodle It had no flavor to except that stupid dill taste, no salt pepper nothing, Not sure if I'll go back, I saw a spicy pulled pork but now I wonder if it's real pulled pork made there or out of a box...
