Hugely busy Sunday night. Walked in to order a pizza. They were so packed, (only place open on Sunday!) it took an hour to get it. But the staff made it bearable. I got a water while waiting and at least 3 servers asked if I needed a refill. When I finally got home, the House Special was delicious. The crust is thin and there were lots of vegetables. They also have draft beer. I only wish they offered typical pizza joint subs. Doesn’t matter, I’ll be back.

Dar’s Pizza in Pipestone, Minnesota is a big favorite for my family! They have terrific tasting pizza and a restaurant filled with nostalgia. When in Pipestone we always plan our visit around the hours they are open - 4:00pm - 10:00pm. ❤️

We went, we saw, we conquered the tasty pizza and played games, I would get there early if you don't want to wait, then 1 block over to the east (I believe) is an ice cream shop. yummy, thank you guys

Pizza looks and smells fantastic, however I called it 6:12 and received my pizza at 7:45. I was told that it would take an hour and 10 minutes and that's a little bit longer than an hour and 10 minutes. Is it not?

Not just that, but I have COVID and I told whoever answered the phone specifically that I did not want to have personal contact with anybody due to that fact. But, they required me to sign something and then didn't tell the driver that I'm contagious. I asked the driver if he had been told that I was sick and he said no. I told him that he needed to take that up with his manager because he should... If it were me I would be angry about that. If somebody asks for there to be no contact during delivery there's probably a good reason, correct? Is there any other reason why that would be asked of this location unless there was a good reason, you know? There is an obvious lack of communication apparentl.... I'm not complaining about the pizza. It looks and smells fantastic and it will feed me for the next 5 days while I'm isolating myself from the rest of the world... I'm am complaining about the lack of communication which then in turn may cause the driver to become sick and then give it to everyone else... I appreciate the driver for showing up. I do. Matter of fact, I tipped him over the phone whenever I called 20% in order to and leave it here. I also told the guy I called that if there was any sort of issue to call me back. I was just about to call them and ask where my pizza was when the guy showed up, so hopefully he actually got that 20%. He deserves it. Young kid... He has now been exposed to COVID. Hopefully y'all will take this sort of thing...

The pizza is normally 1st class, about the best pizza around. .... The atmosphere: There is an arcade area for kids. The kids live it and it is unique to the area. That being said, there is SO much that could be done to dampen the noise in this building. Even without kids in the arcade the noise level is very high. The restaurant is a huge echo chamber. ....The service: The service in general has been going downhill. A very young group of employees with little to no direction. Tonight's service will have me slow to return. It seems that almost every customer either waited FOREVER or got the wrong order. This was true for both dine in and take-out. The waitress "helping" us never made eye contact after taking our order. She sent a younger server to our table twice, with the wrong order, while she herself was laughing with the kitchen staff. This used to be a great place to eat (besides the noise). The owners need to hire some...

The pizza here is so good! We also ordered fried pickles and garlic cheese bread. All items were fantastic! The parking lot looked packed when we got there and we were afraid that it was going to take a long time to get out food, but when we walked in, there was plenty of room to sit. The waitress came to us as soon as we sat down to take our drink orders. We had appetizers which came out quickly and the wait for the pizza wasn't bad after that. Staff came and checked in with us regularly.

Like other reviewers mentioned, there is a lot of noise from the arcade area. Especially because there seemed to be a birthday party happening in the back room. The worst was the sound of the air hockey. But honestly, it wasn't that big of a deal. We were definitely able to have decent conversations at the table despite the noise.

Don't write this place off due to some of the complaints, the pizza is...
