Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Pipestone

Staff were very unprofessional. No one was at the front desk to even check us in when we got there. We asked for specific pizzas, and they never made them. There was only a couple families in there so they had plenty of time. The staff was a bunch of teenagers who would stand together on their phones or would all go to the back and we could all hear swearing and talking about just about everything...including the patrons. No staff were wearing any form of uniform so we didn't even know who worked there or who were just friends of the staff. We had to ask again fo the same pizza...after an hour of waiting. Had to ask the cook directly. Took him 30 minutes to get it out. The staff stood at the front desk and didn't even let anyone know it was ready...there were 4 girls that just stood there and were rolling their eyes and not cleaning tables or helping patrons. The food on the buffet was not getting changed out. The potatoes were crusty. The chicken was burned. The old pizza that was already there on the buffet was cold or lukewarm and tasted very old (it was the same from when we got there until we left). When we found out the pizza was made and grabbed some and sat down, the group of girls at the desk started laughing so I didn't even eat it because I'm guessing there was something in it. My daughter had already taken a bite and said it tasted weird and gross. Very immature. The one girl started washing around the buffet with a rag, dropped it on the floor, and then picked it up and looked around and started washing the counter again. Yuck! We left. I will never eat...

Great Service from the awesome man in the wheelchair, I believe his name was Joe. Absolutely Awesome service from him!

My father and I had a great experience here at Pizza Ranch in Pipestone. While we have been to many Pizza ranch’s in the past, this is the smallest one we’ve seen but this is definitely our favorite one!

Don’t let the size fool you. The service here was amazing and the food was even better!

The Salad bar and pizza was nice and fresh and very tasty, great ice cream to finish lunch with.

Joe constantly checked up on us at our table to make sure everything was great, and if there was anything that he could do to make it better. Absolutely amazing customer service from him, he definitely sets an amazing example for pizza ranch!

Customer service is top notch here. I have never been inside so my review is based entirely on delivery. And in all my years of having food delivered to my house through college and most of my life afterwards, I have never been more impressed. This company was very careful during the heightened covid years, which gave me full confidence in ordering food from them. Afterwards, they continued to be respectful, quick, and treated repeating customers very very well. This is a small town where there really aren't a lot of options, and the bar could be very low.
