Fiori's Pizza is some of the best pizza in Pittsburgh. They are really doing things different than any other pizza spot in Pittsburgh. They're open from 11am to 1am daily which is great knowing there's family owned pizza places open that late. The pizza is delicious. The sauce is sweet and the pizza is very cheesy. The workers there are some of the most respectful and friendly pizza shop workers that I've had the pleasure of meeting. There are many menu options. Everything from pizza to pasta, hoagies and wings. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them!
Update: Unfortunately Fiori's has raised their prices. It's understandable that companies do this to cover costs but how much extra Fiori's is charging people is crazy to me.
Last night I ordered 3 whole hoagies and a dozen wings. Almost $64? I didn't realize the price increase at the store because I was picking up for someone else who had made the order so once I got home and realized the price doesn't match the online prices I called in and was told about the price increase. A whole Italian hoagie went from $10 to almost $15! That's almost double the original price! This is greedy of the owner to change prices this high. A dollar or two is understandable. The guy on the phone also told me that they do not update their prices online. How are people supposed to know that you had raised prices unless you advertise it online???
Now unless you call in and get prices over the phone people aren't going to know anything about these outrageous price increases until they go to pay for their food. It's sad that the owner is doing this to the Pittsburgh community!
I always had good things to say about Fiori's but after last night I won't be recommending them until they go back to their old ways. Us people understand businesses raise prices now and then but maybe $1 or $2. These high price increases are just greedy! I don't see this place keeping business like before if they continue business like this.
Also whoever I spoke to was very respectful and kind about it so this has nothing to do with the employees or food. Their food is still as delicious as before. I hope they can come back from this. My family and myself loved...

I have no gain from making this up, just want them to not be jerks and clean their employees up.
My daughter took me and my wife to Fiori's to grab a bite on 7/11/24 after we flew in to Pittsburgh. I give it three stars for atmosphere simply because it is a neighborhood pizza place. It has the right vibe for what it is, so maybe I should have given atmosphere 5 stars, but that would be misleading. It is a pizza joint when all is said and done.
I give it 4 stars for food based solely on what we ate. We shared one pie (just cheese and sauce...as an ex New Yorker I define pizza as Cheese, Crust and Sauce). It was a decent NY Style pie, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me. The crust was a little thick for me, and a bit chewy rather than crispy. In their defense, I like getting a slice that has been sitting a while and then thrown back into the oven rather than a fresh pie straight out of then, which is what we had. Regardless, the crust was too thick.
On the other hand, the cheese was excellent, and the pie had a fairly nice balance of cheese to sauce. Although I would have liked a little more sauce, my daughter and wife liked it the way it was...heavy cheese impact. Again, the cheese was excellent.
The service was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They seemed to have a lot of regulars while we were there, and they chit chatted like friends. The pie came quick and brought out to our table, along with some cups of water, straws, plates and silverware (real NY pizza is not eaten with silverware LOL) .
Would I go to Fiori's again? I am not sure. I probably would try and find a better place next time I am in Pittsburgh. But if I couldn't it would be...
