Ordered food got family size fries no salt. Get this!! They only filled them up halfway!!! Unfortunately I found out after returning home. Drove back ten minutes and they told me they filled them up and they was not going to help with the fries with stink attitude to match. After standing at the counter for ten minutes the cashier gets on the radio and says he is still here what do you want me to do. A lady after five more minutes of waiting. When we picked up the chicken, they didn't include the 18 biscuits that we paid for. So my dad went back to get them. Then while he was gone and we opened the bags. When I called the KFC the manager told me they were put in a buc ket. They were not in a bucket. So she said ok. Then I noticed we didn't have coleslaw either. So I called back, but my dad had just left the store. She said if he came back she would give him the food. He went in and the manager actually asked him if he forgot it in his car, or maybe he spilled it and was trying to get more. My dad totally lost his cool, and swore and left. When the order arrived, literally all that was in the box was some cold fries from and older batch, 1 small piece of chicken and what looks like 2 mostly eaten drums. It was practically all bone. and that's it.
At first I thought it was the delivery driver pulling a fast one on me, but after speaking to both the driver and an employee at this location, the employee said that the reason most of my order wasn't there was because they were low on chicken and flour.
While I understand shortages happen, they should've just canceled the order instead of sending me almost nothing that I paid for and then treat me over the phone like I'm being unreasonable when I called to find out what happened. Honestly I'd rather just had the order be canceled and told the truth right from the get go rather than have my time and money wasted.
