Yesterday my wife's phone stopped charging, it broke because my wife cleaned it with a needle and damaged the contact I brought the phone to the opening of the store master looked at the phone and said to come at 1:00, everything will work, I came he just gave me the cheapest charger and said you need to charge a certain side and billed 80$. I called and talked to a gentleman about fixing my dad's DVD player. I was told to have him bring it in and he would check it out. The first time he attempted to take it in, they were "temporarily not in", which they were told by people out front selling "health insurance". When he returned the second time, the same gentleman I spoke with on the phone (assuming the owner) told him he doesn't fix those things! Then why did he tell us to bring it in to begin with?! The whole experience and people out front, all just seemed a little shady and uncomfortable. What a wasted...

Went to get a PS2 console restored, guy at the desk didn’t even know what that meant. Had to tell him I needed it cleaned. Dropped it off, he told me to come back in a few hours with no progress made and offered me another dirty console. Clearly had no idea what he was doing and was very confusing when it came to communication. Shop inside was also dirty and unorganized, PLEASE DO NOT LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU.
