Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Oliver

This has to be the most oiliest pizza ever!!! I ordered a Parmesan crust pizza white white sauce. It was so saturated with oil. I called them immediately and I was so polite and not mean, I spoke with the manager(a woman) and I explained to her that my pizza was saturated and the box was so wet from the oil it was heavy as ever. And because of the toppings. Now we know that pizza can obtain some oil but this look and taste like it was rolled in Lard it was so salty and I told her how I felt about it! She stated “Well that’s how it comes out especially with white sauce, I said I ordered white sauce and Parmesan crust from other shops and it was never this oily, that this was unbearable and that I would want another pizza even if I had to pay for it, she stated that no will go ahead and we’ll send you another. Pizza I will have the driver deliver it. Remind you, this pizza wasn’t even done on the bottom like this. PIZZA was just horrible. So I received a second pizza and it was just a regular pepperoni pizza, I think this pizza was tainted with, when I say I have been in the bathroom all day I have literally been there several times, I will never order from them ever again!! I recommend you order...

Food was absolutely amazing, service was absolutely amazing I have not been to Vocelli Pizza because they need to advertise more with bright large signs so people will see them. I actually forgot they were there and very happy with my food and customer service. I just want to thank them all especially the mushrooms, spinach rolls that are so good I went back the next day to get more. A hidden gem in Mt Oliver going into Carrick on Brownsville road. Very difficult to get great food and customer service these days. Vocelli Pizza is a restaurant that you gave to go to. I'm done with McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, I know we have all been through a tough 2 years these restaurants are so bad, i really don't like being negative its just bad food and service. Vocelli Pizza definitely stands out and I hope they will advertise right from the street so people will know they are there to feed you the best food...

Great place to order in from. The food is always clean (tasty, too!) and the order rarely wrong - AND they very rarely are slow with delivery (once in a blue moon during busy weekends, maybe). Have never been treated rudely or dismissively while placing an order, and the best: the drivers are great about dealing with our sometimes rude dog. There's another place on Brownsville (not a Vocelli's) that would not even knock on our door at our old house - they insisted that somebody come out to the gate in spite of him never having done anything but bark and apparently make them feel scared even though one of us was right there with him and a gate separated them LOL. Love the Brownsville Road Vocelli crew!

If I could give ten stars, I would do so without hesitation :)
