Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pittsfield

This used to be my usual everyday location but a few weeks ago there were some new hires and ever since, the drive thru is filled with angry customers, some of which don't wait and just leave. When you finally make it to the serving window...you are greeted with a friendly face who stands there holding up the wall while watching their co workers run around at a snails pace. After a few minutes of watching nothing happen you'll get rung out and be given the wrong change. A few minutes later you get your coffee. I can't say it's made wrong, but the whole experience ruins the morning. I can't say the coffee makers are doing a bad job, but half of the crew is just there because their mother told them to either get a job or get out. I'm saddened that this generation is now entering the workforce. It's going to be a tough 2025. Also when ordering I'm told "we don't have baconz", after going inside to deal with another person at the different register I was able to order a breakfast sandwich. This is sad. 😔 I feel...

A very rude young lady at the counter inside... She asked what I would like and I said two donuts while in the middle of telling her my order she interrupted me by telling me the cost without listening to my order and then said the wrong order back to me I repeated the order a second time and while getting the donuts she asked me a third time with the wrong order (again) so I repeated for a third time so after she selected the first donut she headed into the back and I said that they're right there on the bottom row and she proceeded to say I didn't have to be so rude... If she would have listened the first time she would have heard it correctly... Then for her to say I was rude was just ridiculous... I used to stop at this Dunkin all the time but not anymore... This was Monday 10/14/24 at about 9:25 am ... I work for a company that has hundreds of employees and I will share this experience with them and be sure to tell them not to use this Dunkin...

I'm rating the Dunkin Donuts in Williamstown, MA which I visited Saturday May 14th. The Dunkin Donuts in Pittsfield Ma, on Housatonic St., definitely rates 5 stars. Dunkin Donuts in Williamstown has horrible service. Has been like that since at least January this year. Takes 20 minutes to get through drive thru line. That's with having 5 cars in line. Have waited 5 minutes until anyone even took my order. Have waited at window after paying for my order, for 10 minutes. Have seen 2 or 3 people who had ordered, just drive away because wait was so long. Mentioned it to you man that people left he said " no manager was there, just all new people. When I visited on May 14th, first waited in line at drive thru for 20 minutes, I drove away. Returned little later, and went into lobby, much faster service, but was told manager never showed up. Williamstown REALLY NEEDS TO GET THEIR...
