Disappointed every single time. Have given them multiple chances and no matter what I order there is something wrong with it. Subs are a hot mess, pizza dough has been undercooked, they ignore you when you're standing at the counter until they feel like finally acknowledging you - not even a quick "be with you in a minute," literally just steadfastly avoiding eye contact and pretending you're invisible as awkward as humanly possible. Last straw was putting red sauce on a bbq chicken pizza. You can't even fathom how gross tomato sauce mixed with BBQ sauce is - not sure if that was a mistake or just how they make it but I have never in my life had a place make it like that, and for good reason because it's disgusting. Best Pizza in Pittsfield Area! They're not just Pizza, but subs and other pizza parlor favorites. The people who work there are absolutely delightful, and their food is reasonably priced. I will mention that it does sometimes take a little while for your order to be done, but that's a result of how busy they are. And let me tell you, when you get your food, you will not be disappointed! The interior is adorable, plenty of seating for a little league team, and feels right at home. By no means was anything bad, it was just ok. I got a gyro, and while it was good, it only had onions and tomatoes on it with the meat and sauce. No lettuce or cucumber. Not the biggest of deals, like I said it did taste good. There was only one person working so it was a little slow, but understandably so. So I had a cookie while I waited, and that was the best part of my experience! It was delicious! My biggest (and only) complaint is that there were no napkins. Not in the bag handed to me, and none in the dining area. I had to wait for the lady to come back up to ask for a couple. Over all, not bad, but nothing special. I'll try them out again...
