Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plainfield

Unfortunately this is the nearest DD by my house. The staff is very unfriendly except the lady who works the window. I had an experience where I have gone there 3 times requesting for decaf coffee and they never have any. I also wanted the deal where you buy a medium coffee and you can get the sausage, egg, and cheese for $3. No one informed me that I couldn't get that deal due to me wanting turkey sausage. They charged me regular price I noticed after the fact. They could've charged me the $3 and added the 80 cents difference for the turkey something like that. I tried to still be a good patron go there the next day to rectify the situation still ordering another coffee and they gave me every excuse in the world. Not we apologize, or not let me take off the $2 since you weren't aware. NOTHING AT ALL. He tried to tell me they cant discount anything which I know is a lie because I have worked customer service for more than 20 years. I know they could've done something. I again tried to order a reward that was on my phone buy a coffee get a donut for $1 and they charged me 1.49. I don't care about the money I CARE about the principle! I will be contacting someone from corporate. ANY SPANISH OR BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY DO ONOT WANT OUR BUSINESS. I'm not sure when this country decided that treating customers with respect was no longer a priority.

Most Dunkin donuts I've been to in the past few years don't even try anymore.

And the bathroom is locked. And allegedly out of order or more than likely just something the staff doesn't feel like dealing with anymore.

No smile, no welcome, barely even a glance as the staff take an order.

Today, at this particular DD, the staff were all business and absolutely zero cordiality. For me, or any other guest that came to the counter while I was having my very mediocre latte.

People lack God's love in their hearts and it truly causes businesses to feel like nothing more than heartless money changers.

I gave up on Dunkin donuts a long time ago as part of my daily routine because of this, but today I needed to kill time while I was waiting for another business nearby to open so I thought I'd give it a try.

At least Starbucks, even though the product is not up to par, there is a personal exchange of pleasantries when ordering.

I'm going to make every effort to avoid Dunkin going forward.

I have never had the leave a review on anything but this dunkin has consistently been extremely unacceptable. Everytime i go to this dunkin wether it’s drive thru or going into the store the employees are extremely rude and seem like they don’t even want to do their simple jobs. i went yesterday the this location and had an order of loaded hashbrowns that i asked them to add sausage to, at any other location this is never an issue, at this location they said they “aren’t allowed to do that” so i said it was fine and if they could add extra cheese. Once i received my order i had barely any cheese on it and no bacon or sausage at all so basically they charged me for loaded hashbrowns and just gave me a regular order of hashbrowns. Today i come by for the same thing. all of a sudden they don’t carry loaded hashbrowns anymore and were completely rude and disrespectful when i asked how it was possible if i had ordered it yesterday and if its still on the menu.
