I hate to give them this review but they were so unorganized- I went during an adoption event where all animals were free or $10. I arrived at 930am when the event started at 11 expecting there to be some type of line. While waiting volunteers came in and out of the door I was waiting asking me what I was looking for and mentioning that I might be able to get in early since I was there. I was luckily the first one there to wait. about 11 there were now over hundred people standing around the parking lot. mind you- I was on the front porch waiting where first In line would be. but they decided to announce in the middle of the crowd that dog lines start on back. so everyone rushed to the back leaving me who was in the front of the building now in the back of the line. - that was the first of 3 lines. it's not 3.5 hours later and I've only waited in lines have been recalled over and over. I hope all dogs were adopted because I didnt even get to see one. things they should have done to not be completely incompetent pieces of trash- have a sign in sheet. RSVP since you had over 3000 likes on an Instagram post when you average 200 or less (honestly from this one piece of information you should have planned much better than you did but again-youre failure.) you should have had police there for crowd control- There was literally an accident out front because of the amount of excess traffic. DO NOT COME HERE IF THEY ARE HAVING AN EVENT YOU WILL REGRET IT. now if they would like to contact me through Instagram @alextourcorsetry I might revise this review but this review is very very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI could give 0 stars They were not profesional at all, we adopted our first cat Eightball. He was a gentleman, he was the best cat ever (God bless my handsome Eightball) anyway when we adopted him they gave us the papers that he was good, he didnāt have FIV, the paper they gave us it was negative. So we decided to adopt another cat, (Toraline) she was a kitten 6months old. When Eightball died they said it was because of a disease. I went to adopt another cat because I love cats so they told me that I had to make Toraline an FIV exam since Eightball was infected with that, I told her that Eightball was negative but they showed me that in the system they had it positive. SO HE HAD POSITIVE AND THEY GAVE A KITTEN WITHOUT ANY PREVENTION wth???? Thatās not professional at all. Iām sorry but thatās dumb because first why you didnāt tell us the truth that Eightball had FIV, second why give us a kitten if she was able to get infected! People at this place is rude, they donāt take care good care of animals. Also a friend called this center because she wasnāt able to take care of her cat anymore and they didnāt help her at all. They are supposed to help animals. What about if she leaves her cat in the street just because they are not kind to help out. I donāt see that as good thing! Anyway I just wanted to share...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible, I felt discriminated against, they didn't have anyone who spoke Spanish, ok, but the more I tried to communicate with the person who was there, she would say one or two words to me, then ignore me and just talk to my husband as if I didn't exist. I picked up the phone and told her to please explain to me what she was saying to my husband, I am the most interested in adopting a cat, and I am the one who has the answers, however, the whole time she only spoke to him, when I gave her the translator she should have explained to me the requirements and the adoption time, but she didn't do that either, she never answered when I spoke to her, she asked us to sit in a room to wait, we waited and waited and she didn't come back, she came back a long time later. She brought a person over a phone to translate, she said a few words through him and then ignored me again and only spoke to my husband, when I tried to ask her what she was saying, she kept talking and talking, and so we couldnāt adopt.
If you speak Spanish, definitely don't go...
