If I could give this Starbucks location 0 or negative stars I would!!! I love Starbucks how we this location I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I decided to go inside since the drive thru line is slow like always and long. There were only 3 people in side who were waiting on drinks and I was able to order my items right away. After receiving my pastries right away all that was left was a cup of milk I ordered. However after standing waiting for over 15 min to receive 1 cup of milk , and multiple mobs orders walking in and leaving I decided to ask the lady who took my order (who was also making drinks) if I could please have my cup of milk because I assumed it would not take long seeing as though it was not a specialty drink. She proceeded to keep her head down ignore me and I finally stated that I wanted a refund. This employer then told me to go to the register and get a refund. Still wanting my cup of milk I then asked the employee at the register Kiersten if there was a way she could please just pour me a cup of milk. She said no it is by time order and to insert my card for a refund if I did not want to wait. The fact that their are employees at this location who dont. Value your business is completely baffling to me especially as a customer. I understand having to wait typically if you have ordered something specialty. BUT A CUP OF MILK... REALLY?!! The fact that their was no a commendation or anything made as a customer disappoints me. also, this location is constantly taking 15+ plus minutes to make drinks... Literally...
Read moreIf i could give this place zero stars i would but that’s not possible so i give it a one. Customer service has completely degenerated here. The girl who has curly hair and glasses has no sense of customer service. I’m not talking going above and beyond since it’s a drive thru but just saying “hi here’s your order what else would you like to order” rather than throwing (quite literally) my food and drinks in my face and being so quick to keep putting my order as complete while I’m still talking. I understand having an off day at work since i too work in customer service, however the energy you have outside of work is where u leave it and do not bring into the work place. I ordered a drink to which it was made completely wrong. She was quick to get me out of the drive thru when no one was behind me and no words were exchanged. She slammed open the window and walked away. Made it seem asking for a bag was like asking for her arm and leg. I go to Starbucks nearly everyday for years now since i do enjoy the customer service i receive and the food they make. I’ve never in my life have had such horrible service. (I will attach photos of the drink i ordered and the one i received). I avoid purposely going to this Starbucks because of how bad the service is. Not everyone there is awful I’ve had the chance to meet amazing ppl who work here. Although this girl really needs to have a sit down with her superior and reevaluate her behavior in the workplace. If a simple barista job makes you that miserable you should look...
Read moreUpdate: March 2023 I just did a quick comparison of prices at this Starbucks as opposed to the one on 111th and 59th. The drinks here are more expensive. Sometimes a lot more. For example a tall pike coffee is $2.65 at the 111th Starbucks as opposed to $3.25 at this one. Same type of difference for other drinks as well.
Disappointing that this one is so much more expensive than the other one that's not too far from it.
Starbucks is starbucks. All Starbucks, including this one, have great service in my opinion.
Taking off one star from the review because of the two following things:
it is almost impossible to carry on a conversation with someone or to sit down and do any focused work at this Starbucks location. Almost every single time I have gone, they have loud disco music playing. Not sure how loud, and I mean LOUD like a nightclub almost, disco music goes along with the Starbucks vibe but maybe I'm missing something.
their prices have consistently gotten more and more unreasonable over the years. Don't get me wrong, their product is great, but still a small black coffee for $3.50 doesn't make sense to me. And that's the cheapest beverage there. The most expensive can be about $10 or more. Once again, maybe I'm missing something but it just doesn't sound...
