We ordered online and the food was ready for us when we got there. We took it home and it was the wrong order. They gave us someone else's subs. We called the store and told the staff we got the wrong order and the employee said, "okay, well I don't know how that would happen". No corrective action was offered so I had to suggest we come in and get our order remade. I told him the name on the order so it would be ready when we got there and he said ok and hung up. When we got there they were out of some supplies, and they didn't even start any of the sandwhiches. When we got there, my wife went inside and the staff member told her they tried to call the people who got our food to get our sandwhiches back for us. Really? They were going to give us food that someone else already took home? During COVID? Pretty sure that violates multiple health policies. Who knows what the staff did with the sandwhiches we brought back. They set it on the counter like they were going to give it to the other people. After that we had to wait another ten minutes to get the sandwhiches after we arrived. Not only that, but the cashier didn't even say anything to my wife when the order was ready. She just stared at her like she didn't know what to do and my wife had to ask for the food. My chicken onion teriyaki's were NOT toasted as requested, there was no cheese whatsoever, the chicken chunks were huge & just barely over the 'undercooked' threshold. There were several pieces that I just didn't want to chance eating, to be honest.
