Check your bag before pulling away from any and all Taco Bells!
This is a problem with the entire chain, not just this one restaurant.
The food at Taco Bell is not (and has never been) good enough, and is now no longer cheap enough to excuse missing or incorrect items even occasionally. The food is also not good enough to justify the hassle of going all the way back to the restaurant for the missing or incorrect items.
These are both problems created by the company, as the company determines the limited items available, the low quality of ingredients and sets the ever increasing price.
That leaves convenience as the only real reason to even go to a Taco Bell in the first place, but this situation leaves the individual stores with little to no room for error and nearly guarantees a negative, highly inconvenient customer experience at the slightest mistake.
I have no issue with this individual store. My interactions with the workers have ranged from pleasantly acceptable to genuinely very good! I would like to thank them for trying so hard and getting it right as often as they do under these circumstances.
... and Taco Bell on its worst day is still tastier than McDonald's on its best day. Mustard and ketchup and grease are not viable alternatives to actual flavor.
My only gripe is with the company, and I hope that in time they will correct the problems they have created that make going to Taco Bell such a bummer.

Read moreWent to this location after deciding not to order online after previous experiences. After placing an order for my family with 7 items from the value menu, I only got 2 correct items. I talked to the cashier and he agreed to change the items for the right ones. Then again placed another order for a friend, and some of the items that were offered with the meal were not available (guac) neither was there a sign stating that, and still they gave me the order without the guac, nor did they ask if I wanted to replace it with another thing. Finally, I placed an order for myself, and after waiting for a long time, I approached the cashier and asked him about my food, he told me that my order was nowhere to be found 😵🤯. I know that this is a fast food restaurant, but when I went to this restaurant it wasn't even rush time, I was the only customer waiting for my food. MY ADVICE for everyone who goes into this restaurant location: PLEASE double, and triple check your order before leaving, because I guarantee you, that they will miss something...
Read moreLet me start off by saying the location and service is great! The staff is also amazing! HOWEVER, the set-up of the parking lot is horrible. The exit onto Vestal should not also be an entrance. Cars come in and wait for someone to let them in line, which obviously blocks the exit. So those that have sat there for 20 minutes in the drive thru are now stuck with the decision to let someone in that just got there, or we get dirty looks because we didn't let that person in. This really needs to be addressed. Also, good luck getting your car out of the parking lot if you park to go inside. The line to the drive thru will also block you in. Like I said earlier, great location and service, but horrible parking lot set-up that truly needs...
