Donna's Deli — Restaurant in Plains Township

When I worked in the neighborhood I began getting lunches from Donna's. I tried many different items on her menu and found everything to be better than the last. Lastly when I had a death in the family I asked her if she would be able to cater the funeral reception with 50 people and she gladly accepted. We chose 3 meats with all the fixings, a salad and a tray of cookies, soda, water and coffee. I must say she exceeded my expectations. All of the meats were perfect and the rest of the meal was fresh and made with love. I was more than pleased and will have Donna's Deli do another event for me...

Ordered a turkey club that was terribly dry, a roasted turkey dinner and nothing on it was home made,was half cold and really looked like something out of a soup kitchen. Called in to make a complaint,person who took order mistaken it for a man's order also owner did not compensate for the loss of my money only offered to take 10%off next order,I had ordered from here before and normally it's breakfast and usually the home fries are still hard and they randomly forget the toast but didn't rule them...

SCAM ALERT Purchased a Local Flavor which for those who do not know you pay for an amount off your meal. I had purchased a 20$ dine in coupon ate inside the restaurant and then was told everything is considered take out because of covid even though we ate inside yet when we walked in they said take out or dine in. They did not honor the coupon and the burger I had ordered was burnt no masks by any of the staff on ether. Great covid protocols, I will never...
