Horrible customer service. Joe answered the phone, instructed me to "hold on a minute". Came back to the phone took my ordered. I asked him if he took American Express. He informed me, No, they charge too much, don't you have Visa or Mastercard?" I told him no and then hung up the phone. He called back and was angry because I "hanged up" the phone and ranted on my voice message. He told me that they didn't accept American Express. So much for trying to support local. We...

Went in for lunch yesterday, and I've gotta say: The pizza is amazing, like, perfect. The wings were 10/10, crispy, well sauced, just delightful. The mozzarella sticks were great too. My wife got a chicken cheesesteak, which I didn't try, but she said it was great. The service is great, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I'll definitely be going back, if I could give them 6...

Staying at a hotel that was out of their way. They went above and beyond to make sure they not only fulfilled their order but also delivered it!! Best Old Forge pizza I have ever had!!! Will definitely order from them every time I am in town!!
