River Road Pizza and Deli — Restaurant in Plains Township

Ordered a 1/4 tray of chicken pizza and quesadilla steak & cheese. Wow oh wow, it was not good at all. It even gave my kids and I and upset stomach. The pizza crust was the only okay part of the pizza, the topping was horrible (cheese and chicken) chicken didn't even taste or look like "shredded chicken", the cheese tastes and the consistency was like melted white slice American cheese. The quesadilla horrible no flavor no onions, nor green peppers, it had a metal taste to it. It was just plain cheese & pieces of like imitation steak. It was our first time and our last. We didn't enjoy the food at all. The place was lonely. First off I like my wings CRISPY I can't tell you how many other places in the surrounding Pittston area mess it up. The wings were absolute lightning in a bottle and the pizza was also incredible. The delivery came and they did not skimp on the bch and celery. the food was hot and the wings were crispy and sauced very well. If you are looking for a new place to try this is it.
