Subway — Restaurant in Plains Township

We ordered takeout from there tonight...it was some of the worst food I've ever had. The chopped salad was NOT chopped, the fresh mozzarella I paid extra for was NOT in it, the salad was so over-dressed that it was swimming in liquid.... They were out of ciabatta (this is their signature special), so my caprese sandwich was put on flatbread. Again, so drenched in sauce that I couldn't even pick it up. Inside and outside, it was saturated. (We live less than a quarter mile away, so it did not happen in transit.) My husband's sandwich was not toasted, as per his request, AFTER your employee argued with him that the item he wanted was not on the menu. (It was on the menu) In short, from both the attitude of your employee, and the inferior quality of your food, combined with just plain LACK of following directions, we will no longer frequent this establishment. Subway was one of the few franchises I would go to, because at least the food was generally fresh, and you could have it made to your specifications. So thank you for the waste of over $33, that had to be disposed of. P.S. You are also out of chili and light lemonade. What a shame, everyplace has an occasional problem, but no one seems to take any pride in...

I've never had a issue at this subway until today. I went in for a meatball sub , the meatballs were still cooking. She told me 15 mins , so I said ok & waited in my car. Went back in asked how much longer, she said 6 mins. So I sat inside & played on my phone while I waited. I heard the microwave beep , I heard her take them out & put them in the container , I waited. She never said anything to me I waited 5 more mins before I went looking for her. I said excuse me noone came out , said it again a gentlemen came from behind the counter & I said was she going to let me know the meatballs were done, he said well do u want a hoagie , I said no I want to know why she didn't tell me. She came out with a attitude & said she didn't say anything bc I was on my phone. I said all u had to do was say excuse me they're done. I've already been there a half hr , don't want to spend my whole day at subway. She was very rude , never apologized was very condescending. I asked who was the manager she said she's not here , I said ok well what's her name and when will she be here. Wouldn't tell me her name , wouldn't tell me when she would be in. So tonight I went into subway on my way home from work and got 4 footlongs for myself and my wife the 2 employees that took care of me where so nice until a lady walked in on the phone talking about they have nothing done she kept moving chairs around in the lobby shaking her head saying things about the 2 females taking care of me at the time. The 2 young girl were very upset and I asked if they were okay and both nodded no and said the owners wife came in 2 times and disrespected them about them not wearing a hat and apron I wanted to say something to her because I seen her face she was waiting for me to leave to start saying something to them.
