Traveling through on my way to Glacier park and stopped in Plains for the night! Not many options for breakfast in small towns but very glad the first place I stopped wasn’t open yet so I went on to the Butchers Nook! Its a great little spot. Nothing fancy but good food and friendly people!! I ha pancakes and sausage for breakfast and it required two plates because the pancake covered an entire dinner plate!! They give you sizeable sandwhiches with plenty of meat, and my friend Lyndsay, who has traveled far and wide, says that the onion rings here are so far her favorite anywhere.
