Order number : 064 Ordered 3 pizzas over phone for $6.99 each pizza deal. Lady over phone said my total was $22.70 and I could pay at the store. Got to the store to pickup , I asked employee if I could have a garlic sauce , she gave me it. Once I got home I checked my bank and it said $27.25 , I was like oh my, $5 for a garlic sauce … I called up there and talked to employee, she says that they can’t do anything , that that’s what the computer says , basically like I’m lying or something . Kept saying there’s nothing she could do , very unprofessional, says she’s the manager , name : Asia . I pulled up to the store to show them the receipt and they just shoved the computer screen in my face first thing and said it wasn’t there problem to take it up with the call center , another women working was extremely rude and unprofessional, wasn’t even letting me talk to the manager . A guy ended up giving me $3 dollars back not even the full amount back. It’s not even about the money , it’s the principle. The fact they were arguing with me back and forth , you should never argue with a customer , especially if I have a receipt and I’m clearly being over charged , the manager I knew and she was saying she didn’t even charge me for the garlic butter and she put a 20% off on the order but why would it be $27 if I was told over the phone $22.70 and 3 pizzas for $6.99 is around $20 plus tax . She didn’t make sense . I always come to this dominos and spend a lot of money here . It’s just so disappointing they have employees that treat customers like this . If they ended up giving me half of my money that they owed me back , why couldn’t they just give the money back in the first place ??? Why sit and argue with a loyal customer ?? I asked the girls name and she wouldn’t give it , I took a photo of her and she put her fingers up posing being a smart Aleck. I couldn’t even enjoy my pizza I had to go all the way back to the store just because they couldn’t resolve the issue over the phone . This is unacceptable and something needs...
Read moreNever felt so let down and very dissatisfied because I really really like dominoes. As a traveler I am always on a budget, especially when some times my room is 189a night for ten days to 2 months on the road. So the specials plus quality of Dominoes are both a household and an office favorite.
Personally I probably eat to much pizza but twice a week for me or my household when home, in addition to a corporate event helping the homeless about maybe every eix-weeks. So say my personal orders are $20 each, twice a week average for two years......lol, yeah the treadmill loves me! But $40 times four is 160 plus about $240 every month and a half. So I should maybe be offered stock at this point but instead I find my free pizza from ordering a handful of orders and my PayPal account charged for about $40 delivered to a house I have never been too in Plano while I live nearer balch springs a good 40 plus minute south trip.
After a week a manager who started off very helpful four or so days ago telling me he will reach out to his gm who appearantly has been notified three times has failed any return contact and not left or texted one message. I want a refund, I want my free pizza back and then u need to hook it up for amount of dissrepect in how this order was handled because last night I asked so y'all really won't help me and your not even going to try and do anything? The same manager simply said I am busy hanging up the phone and honestly that's how you kill a brand. #dominoes...
Read moreThe customer service at this location is lacking. We called to place an order for our school and the Domino's tracker stated the order would take about 22 minutes. Chrystin, store manager, called and left a voicemail stating that for an order (9 pizzas) the size of ours they needed a heads up and the order would not be ready for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When we called to ask about this she stated that the situation was out of her control. She was argumentative and stated half the order was in the oven and she cut the time down to 40 minutes. I had my coworker call back and ask to change the method from delivery to pick up in order to avoid her drivers needing to take extra time and so we could feed our staff while they were still available. She again did not listen to what we had to say and argued that it wasn't her fault. Not one person blamed her for the situation or told her that it was her fault. We ended up canceling the order and calling another Domino's who will have the order ready in the original 22 minutes. When we canceled the order she was clearly upset and asked us what she going to do with the food now :( I am not sure what is going on there if they are short staffed or if she was just having a bad day but there was no need to argue with customers or not allow us to change the pick up method. We will avoid ordering pizza for our staff from Domino's...
