Great Customer Service and fresh, crispy, delicious chicken wings!!!

I was met at the drive thru by a surprisingly polite, friendly and very helpful young lady. She did not rush me and explained my choices to me. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.

At the pay/pickup window, I was met by a very friendly face, Valencia. I decided to add an item to my order, and I had questions about it. She was very nice, very polite, and she was able to answer all of my questions and assist me in adding the item to my order. She went for assistance and Kathy came over to help.

Again, Kathy, greeted me with a friendly smile, very polite young lady that assisted to get the order updated. She even asked if I wanted a sauce with my order. Other fast food places do not ask. If you do not request them when you place your order you’re out of luck.

All in all, this is the second time I come to this Golden Chick, and I cannot complain about the food, the service or the wait time.

I am new to the Dallas area and was driving when my phone died. I stopped into this restaurant to order food and ask the manager if there was a charger available to help me utilize my GPS to find my destination. He said he would look so he went to the back with another worker, came back out and said "No" he doesn't have a charger. I eventually got my food and sat down to eat when I saw another worker across from me and I asked her if she had a charger. With no hesitation she said "yes" we have one in the back. She took my phone and put it on the charger to help me get a juice to my phone to get me going again. This young lady is the type person that leads by example in helping others. The manager of this store does not from his lying about something so small. Being new to this area this was a eye opener that everyone is not welling to help you even when they have the resources right in front of them to do so. Very disappointed in the "supposedly fresh, NOT frozen beer battered Cod sandwich. I asked the manager to remove Cole slaw from sandwich and when I got sandwich I got nothing but batter and Cole slaw. The fish was easily 2 oz but seemed like a 6 oz filet with all the batter/breading. Ice machine out of ice, plastic ware not in bins, no napkins in dispenser. Had to ask several times for napkins and finally got napkins 3/4 into our food. I was not impressed with food or service. There was an Asian worker wearing a blue shirt who did make every attempt to exceed my expectations but had already made my dining experience very unpleasant.
