Worst location!! The owner's daughter "works" there and she is absolutely the downfall of the franchise. I had to come in twice in one day as she forgot to give me one of the two salads I paid for with my order. My BIL called before I went back and spoke with someone that was not her. We were told that they would have the salad on their pick up rack. I came in, there was no salad there. I came up to her and asked her where I could pick up the salad that was missing. She acted like she had not seen me 30 minutes before. When I told her what I was there for, she stated 'no way, I definitely put that in your bag'. I replied if you put it in the bag it would have been there. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. When she eventually came back she asked again what she could get me. How dense can you be?!? I already told you what I was there for. One of the employees over-heard this and stating they remembered talking to someone about a missing salad. She was just standing there shaking her head, repeating "I put the salad in the bag" and glaring me down. At that point, she turned to the manager and said we gave her the salad I think she is good. The manager stepped in and said 'we will make you a salad'. (Why thank you....for allowing me to get something I paid for) At this point, the "lady" walked away spouting about how another "got a freebie". Her attitude was RIDICULOUS, she should NOT be around people. She infuriated me as she kept bobbing her head in and out of the walk-in to stare at me. I started yelling and telling her that she was HORRIBLE and even resulted to less than friendly terms. Finally, after, a 15 minute wait, I was given an extremely sloppy, thrown together version of a salad. Didn't even have a label. I spent over $51 after taxes for 3 pizzas, 2 salads, and 2 shakers. We could have gotten the same amount of food elsewhere without HER attitude and lack of customer service. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!
Update since owner's response: The police "may" have come out. They weren't there or in the parking lot by the time I arrived. Your reason for why they came out is merely speculative on your behalf. The fact is they will come out for any reason or no reason if you request it. I NEVER threatened any violence on anyone. Your inadequate claim that I did shows how truly inadequate you are as a manager/owner/employee. Your associate (the owner's daughter) allowed the situation "over a salad" to get out of control when SHE refused service and went a step further by accusing me of falsely claiming that I did not receive the salad. Yes, I did react after she accused me for the 3rd or 4th time of lying about getting the salad! I got loud, called her a few 4 and 5 letter words and warned several customers of the blatant lack of customer service and atrocities that your "leader" supported and/ or caused. Of course you have several accounts that don't align with what happened to me. It naturally happens when people only see the reaction of someone and one side gives them their "version" of the events. I can tell your story has several holes in it. The owner's daughter used like language in a softer tone with me so don't get all high and mighty here. Apparently the owner's daughter got her feelings hurt when her retaliations towards me did not work. That was on the way back to her hide-ey hole where mommy and daddy would save their precious incompetent daughter. Such a fragile spirit that can dish it out but can't not take it. Hopefully she feels better now that mommy and daddy have wiped her tears and gave her a pacifier. Must be nice to be...
Read moreWe’ve had mostly OK results from Papa Murphy's, but recently had a ridiculously bad experience at this location. My wife was treated abysmally when she went in to pick up our order by a guy who appeared to be in his late forties or fifties (the manager?). When she finally got back to our vehicle, she described him as being rude and belittling from almost the moment she walked through the door.
The first negative was being completely ignored when she walked in, despite being the only customer in the place. After that, when she couldn't find our order on the pickup rack, the older gentleman came over and told her to move and he would find it because she was not looking for it correctly. When it became obvious it was not there, his next reaction was to tell her that she had placed the order with a different location and implied she was too incompetent to understand that. While all of this was going on he was blocking the door as other people began trying to come in.
He then told the only other person working, a teenager, to check for an order with our name. That guy must have misunderstood what my wife said, and said there was no order. By this time my wife had noticed an order that looked like ours, one pizza and one Caesar salad, sitting on the counter next to the register. She repeatedly asked the older guy to check if that was our order, but he just kept telling her she had ordered at another location. The teenager finally came over and checked, and it was of course our order.
After being berated in public for nearly five minutes by a rude and incompetent jerk she finally got our order and we left. At home, we found that the toppings were very sparse and applied unevenly. When we cooked the pizza, following the directions to the letter as always, we experienced the same thing other reviewers have mentioned. The crust did not rise at all, and the slices were so limp we had to use two hands to prop them up enough to eat them.
All in all, not a great way to start Monday Night Football pizza night. Given that the quality of the pizza here has really gone downhill in the last year or so, we may or may not try this location again. But if this guy even comes close to treating my wife this way again, we'll definitely be done with this...
Read moreThis is literally the first online review I have ever felt compelled to write, but I must brag on these people. This momma of two little ones came in their store today already frazzled. Long day. I'll spare you the details. With the "I can do all things by myself attitude," I decline their kind offer to help me to the car. Drove all the way home and realized that after putting both kids in car seats, I forgot to put the pizza in the car! I had driven off with it on the hood but never realized it. I rushed the kids back in the car...forgetting to grab shoes. I Made It back to the store. They very quickly and kindly replaced my pizzas for free! This time I let them walk it to the car. Your kindness is so appreciated!! (Also thank you to the kind patrons that let me...
