I'm a disabled Veteran and on 9-14-23 I entered Bubbakoo's with my two service dogs and my friend. My dogs were fully geared in their service dog attire and I was wearing a veteran hat and a native American shirt. We went up to the counter to place our order and the manager came from the kitchen area around the counter and in a belligerent and offensively mean tone demanded that we remove the dogs from his restaurant. I explained to him that he was breaking the law and they were service dogs and I was allowed to bring them anywhere in the United States that I go. He said that I was disrupting his patrons with the dogs and that he wanted us to leave. I pointed out that again he was breaking the law and he continued to tell us to get out and at that point I turned my dog sideways and showed him their service dog labeling on their vests and I told him I wasn't going anywhere and that if he continued I'd call law enforcement to help enforce the law. I did get nasty with him because he was being nasty with us. I ended up ordering my food leaving and then calling his corporate office to ensure that he had follow-up training and they were aware of the situation. As a loyal patron of Bubbakoo's for over a year and a half, I am deeply disappointed to report that my recent experience was nothing short of a disaster. The lack of customer service has reached an intolerable level. Despite my long-standing loyalty, I was met with rudeness, incompetence, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
On this occasion, my order was incorrect, and the staff seemed indifferent to rectifying the mistake. They were unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me frustrated and hungry. The quality of food has also declined significantly, which only adds to the growing list of disappointments.
I sincerely hope that Chipotle takes Bubbakoo's out of business. Their superior service and consistent quality put Bubbakoo's to shame. I will no longer be a patron of Bubbakoo's and advise others to steer clear until they overhaul their customer service standards.

Read more2024 Update:: I'm editing my earlier review and have added a star because the service has improved since my previous review. My husband (vegetarian) and I (vegan) recently had to rely on takeout and convenience food for over a month, and Bubbakoos was a weekly indulgence. We only had one issue with our multiple orders, and it was minor. We are so glad the order accuracy has improved because the food is quite tasty! I am bummed they no longer have pickled jalapenos though. lol
I love that Bubbakoo's offers a whole food plant based option, but their customer service and accuracy is terrible. More often than not, there is a problem with the order. Both of the items we ordered today were incorrect, but the most grievous error was cheese was added to my WFPB bowl. When my husband called to complain, they offered to EITHER refund the purchase or make me a new bowl. Shouldn't they have offered to do both for the inconvenience? I mean, I don't have dinner now.
