Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plant City

I always order in the app but I have consistently had issues with my order at this location as of recent. I treat myself to a coffee every Saturday while running errands and the last 2 weekends I’ve had to go to Starbucks instead. My food order has been wrong the last 3 times I’ve gone, including today. Today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with 2 hash browns, and even reminded the lady when we got to the window as she tried to hand me the wrong order, and she still prepped the wrong order for me. I ended up with THREE croissant sausage egg chz and a hash brown. I just don’t know what they’re doing to make this rocket science. I think they need a better ordering system. I know I mentioned this already but I order in the app. My iced coffee is always right but they are really missing the mark in the food dept. Got a sandwich and 2 doughnuts , the sandwich was good but a little tough/chewy , then looking forward to eating my doughnuts and was given the wrong ones for both , ide been driving to work and didn't notice until I arrived , not only that you cant see what doughnuts they put in the bag because of the way the display is set up, they do not greet their customers properly , the only upside was it was pretty clean but also a new store , there is no phone number to call and talk to someone, the one listed on the reciept has a full mailbox , the 2 doughnuts that I did get were not fresh the circle K across the street had better doughnuts. Either poor management or they aren't treated well and pass it on to customers, save your time and money several other options...

I wish I could leave a negative star review for this dive! I simply had a two item order that was listed as a special on the menu. Not only did the employee get rude but acted like she didn't know what I was talking about then wouldn't honor it after she realized she was wrong. Instead she talks to me like I'm garbage then slams the drive thru window and literally jogs to the lobby door and locked it. All I said was I wanted to speak to a manager. Customer service is really a thing of the past. People who work these jobs expect to make $15 per hour and bring the minimal effort possible when they clock in.
