Wendy's — Restaurant in Plant City

This is the worst Wendy’s I ever been to I just had the worst experience at a drive-through. I was trying to figure out the food that I wanted with the price like everyone else I am on a little budget only had $10 and wanting to use a coupon was trying to figure out the price before I went to the window. The guy that helped me since he first got on to help me he had a bit of an attitude when I asked him about the total he, then told me to pull up for my total. I’m trying to get my total before I go up there because I didn’t want to be short. Well, he got all pissy with me. I told him to forget about my order. I was gonna go elsewhere. He then proceeded to tell me to get out of his line which there was none. I was the only car there. I told him that he did not like his job he needs to work somewhere else because service is not his suit. I’ve been doing customer service for over 10 years and never spoke to a customer in the manner that he spoke to me also never went to a Wendy’s where I was treated like this, this is trash, trash, trash service. My first time ever coming to this Wendy’s and will be my last time. I would never spend a dime at this location. They need to get better help. If you’re reading this your horrible if you don’t get another job, I did not provoke anything. I was clearly trying to figure out my money so that I didn’t go over and if I didn’t have enough, I would’ve ordered something else it’s called being kind and being considerate. Again If there was a lot of cars, I wouldn’t have even stayed in line, but the fact that I was the only car just blows my mind that he was that aggravated with helping me. We just came from a Foam Glow 5k in Lakes on Saturday, September 14, 2019, and found the nearest Wendy’s. Apparently, other Foam Glowers were thinking the same thing because Wendy’s very busy with other Foam Glowers when we got there. It was late, 10:00pm and their lobby just closed but their drive thru was still open. We waited a long time at the drive thru but understandably because of the high traffic of customers. We were really hungry and we wanted their food. There were two sets of orders made from our car. I made my order online and some of the other people in the car ordered at the drive thru. They verified my order and when we got our food, everything was what we ordered and the food was packaged perfectly. The window attendant was very cordial and didn’t miss a beat. I asked her if they were expecting the rush and she said no and that they were not staffed enough for the rush. I commend this Wendy’s. Great job on getting our orders right and our food looking good and tasting as it should in spite of being understaffed and bombarded with customers this night. I had to leave a review. When is this location is always fresh the people here has never given me a hard time they have the $4 meal deal and 5 things for $4 this location have been always clean. They also have a special on kids meals for 199 and the drive-thru does move quickly. I'm giving this place a five-star rating because of the location I'm comparing this location as opposed to others other locations this is the location I go to the most because of and the freshness of the food I would pass other Wendy's locations. Just to come this one. All of these details imply that this place is well-managed. I have been here many times and can tell you that between the hours of 12 p.m. and 8 p.m. I have always got inconsistent ly good service. So yes I will come back to this Wendy's and I will recommend this location specifically over others. I'll put it this way I've gotten better experience from this Wendy's then the Chick-fil-A down the street. That says a lot because I expect a lot more from Chick-fil-A as they have a reputation of being very service oriented.
