Plantation Pita and Grill left me with mixed feelings after my recent visit. While I appreciated the friendly and polite demeanor of the staff, the overall dining experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. Let's start with the food. The falafel, a signature dish at any Mediterranean restaurant, was disappointingly bland. I was expecting a burst of flavors and a crispy texture, but it lacked both. The falafel seemed underseasoned, and I couldn't help but feel that it was missing some essential ingredients to make it truly appetizing. Next up was the turkey Shawarma, another dish I was looking forward to trying. However, it didn't live up to my expectations either. The lack of serious flavor in the Shawarma left me unsatisfied. The meat was tender, but it lacked the aromatic spices and zesty marinade that make Shawarma so delicious. Aside from the food, the prices were surprisingly high for the quality offered. I wouldn't have minded paying a little extra for exceptional taste, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. The combination of lackluster flavors and steep prices left me feeling that the overall value for money was just not there. On the positive side, the service provided by the staff was commendable. The guys working there were courteous, attentive, and made an effort to accommodate any requests we had. Their friendly approach certainly improved the overall experience, even if the food itself fell short. However, one major concern was the cleanliness of the place. It left much to be desired. The dining area and even the restroom needed a serious clean-up. This not only affected the ambiance but also raised concerns about hygiene and food safety. In conclusion, Plantation Pita and Grill has potential, especially with its friendly staff. However, the lackluster falafel, underwhelming turkey Shawarma, high prices, and cleanliness issues were disappointing aspects that need attention. I hope they take customer feedback into account and make improvements to elevate the overall dining experience in the future.

WOW!!!! That word describes the way I felt as I ate the Shawarma Pita at this neat little Kosher restaurant. It ALSO describes the customer service experience I had with Avi, who seemed to be the manager/owner. I had never even heard of a Kosher restaurant until learning that my baby was allergic to milk protein and desperately started searching for somewhere I could trust to buy food that had absolutely no dairy. So glad I found Chill & Grill Pita!!! They had carrots on the complimentary salad bar. I don't really like eating carrots but the way Avi described it made me want to try it. I went back for seconds!! Absolutely delicious!! Love the Plantation location that is close to me. I look forward to going back there!

Took the family on a Sunday afternoon to plantation Pita & grill. This place is amazing. They have great food, great service and you feel like you’re sitting in a pita place in the middle of Tel Aviv Israel. They have Gluten Free options and make sure to use the deep fryer for only gluten free items so that means the Falafel and French fries are gluten free which is hard to find in many restaurants that don’t have a dedicated fryer for gluten free items. Very reasonably priced. Plenty of sitting space. They are under the supervision of the ORB. The bathroom is clean and ADA accessible. Returning again the next time we are in town. Until then, thank you for the wonderful experience!

First of all, the guys that work here are super nice! I always get falafel pita, and I have been here on several occasions. I enjoy the salad bar; I can compare both this location and Boca, there they have more options, but I like the quality here at this location and the way they make their carrot salad. I tried to go when they are not busy because my only caveat is that they promote items as vegan, and I have seen them touch meat and then touch vegetable items that they use. I am sure if I asked, they will use new/clean tongs and put fresh salad in. When they are swamped, they do not pay attention to what they touch and mix... for a vegan, this is a no-no! This is one reason I no longer go to the Boca location even though it's close to my job.

I like supporting this place, so as mentioned, I do try to go when it's busy to avoid the contamination of meat products in my food as I can watch what they are doing. I hope that they begin to take their vegan advertisement a little more seriously, just as they would with kosher not mixing dairy and meat.

Other than this, the food is excellent! I will be going again and again because their prices are very fair and a great deal. I do recommend this...

Based on the esthetic of dinning room, the authentic names of the dishes, and the price points I expected what ever my party and I ordered to be one of the most delicious things ever. We were all extremely let down by the lack of flavor of everything we ordered. We even tasted each other's food to see if it was just some of the items on the menu. I had such high hopes for this experience. I was hoping I would enjoy the meal so much that I'd be thinking of how delicious it was, and maybe that would be my go to spot. If the price point was $10-$12 per person I couldn't complain too much, however $25 per person doesn't justify how let down we all were. At this point I can say "been there done that" but would never try this place again. I see mostly 5 star reviews so maybe I just don't get it but based on me going with a group of people that all felt the same way it could be people who know the owner possibly from a connected group that are praising this place, and or the owner reporting less favorable posts and getting...
