McDonald's — Restaurant in Platteville

First time in a VERY LONG TIME that I can honestly say the food was excellent and the service was top notch from a McDonald's. Though I must admit, the Platteville location has their shit together SO MUCH MORE than ANY location in Dubuque. In Dubuque, U R practically assured that the people will be rude and short with U. That U absolutely can not understand 60% of what they say due to their employees not being American. Plus, forget about changing anything on your order bc they "say" that they can't/don't understand what it is U R saying or asking for. Totally ridiculous. Then there's always the fact that your order is absolutely gonna B botched up. It's a total given! And U can complain, but I can personally guarantee that U will NEVER EVER hear from corporate or the franchise owners even though they say that they will indeed reach out 2 U. So U just completely wasted your $$ on an order that was wrong. But at the Platteville location, I've never had an order screwed up even once. Ordered on drive thru. We ordered 2 cheese burgers, 2 lg fries, 1 four piece chicken happy meal, a crispy chicken (the only available) sandwich, & 2 apple pies. We were asked to move up to wait for fries & when we got home we got 2 cheese burgers, 2 apple pie, happy meal milk, & a ridiculous insufficient crispy chicken sandwich which was void of everything, a chicken slab between a bun. This has become the norm for this location. I'm all for $15 an hour, but then I expect $15 an hour worthy food & quality. There is no excuse for this to happen as we were asked to drive ahead to wait plenty I f time to double check to see if order was complete. The shift lead manager on this day told me he can kick me out of the store for saying a swear word while I was ordering. I replied with I'm not at work right now (I don't work there but I do work in fast food so I can kinda understand where he was coming from but I thought our conversation was pretty normal.) So I said yes you're right and we continued with our order. We then got a McChicken that had no lettuce and we ordered extra mayo and my Double Hamburger was put together very poorly with very little ketchup or mustard and the meat was almost cold like it was probably past time to be put in the warmers.
