I walked into Runza in Plattsmouth and the young boy worker behind the cash register never greated me. He just stood looking at me dead in the eye until I uncomfortably said something. A female coworker of his came on shift and was working the drive thru. She made sure she greated every customer as they were leaving. Anyway I placed my order and received it before I filled my drink and was handed some paper towels. Paper towels because they were out of napkins, but they work just the same. My fries were hot and crispy just the way Runza fries should be. My drink was not out, but also not properly mixed. And now to tell you about my Swiss mushroom Runza, what a disappointment it was. Do you remember when Runza had quality control. Do you remember when you order and your Runza comes out a complete sealed up made to order Swiss mushroom Runza. Not this stuff they are serving to us today where they slice the Runza open and put some Swiss and mushrooms in the basic sandwich. My sandwich was falling apart half way of me trying to eat it. The parking area, entry and seating area were all clean. There is wheel chair parking available right by the entry door. Plattsmouth Runza you can do better and we expect you...
Read morebackground: my mom and I had traveled up to Omaha, Ne from Dallas, Tx to watch Texas A&M play in the men’s college world series. We were leaving, making our long drive back down and stumbled upon this Runza location. We had never heard of Runza before and this was our first time ever getting to experience it. The 3 young men working could tell we weren’t from around the area (as we were wearing Texas A&M gear) and happily answered all our questions about what items were on the menu. The moment that really meant a lot to us was when we received our food, they threw in 2 cookies and wished us safe travels on our long journey. They were aware that we don’t have any Runza locations where we are from and wanted to make sure we had a great 1st time. It was a small gesture but meant a whole lot to my mom and I! Luckily the food was just as good as the service. Hoping Runza expands to Texas so we can support but wanted to shoutout those workers for...

The employee stated that it is corporate policy now that they don’t have to wear a mask… Sad the employees wouldn’t want to protect themselves, and their family and friends while being exposed to the public each day, and are not wearing a mask regardless - just because corporate said they don’t...
