I used to be a loyal customer here and get pizza once a week until I dealt with someone claiming to be the manager named Taylor. This girl was rude over the phone. The only reason I called is because I was afraid I didn't leave the driver a tip. She then proceeded to tell me my order would not be made because I had not paid yet even though it took my card over the app, and I need to submit payment with her again. HUGE RED FLAG. After arguing, I asked for a confirmation that my order had been canceled, and she hung up on me. I tried calling back 3 to 4 times, and each time, they would pick up and ask me to please hold. ( This is a tactic used not because they had other phone calls but to not deal with upset customers.) All I wanted was a confirmation that my order had been canceled. I proceeded to drive up there and called while in the parking lot, looking at them pick up the phone, place me on hold, and laugh. I walked in and asked for her boss. I did get the name of her boss, and she proceeded to justify her unprofessional manor because she said I talked to her like she was stupid. If Taylor is in a position of authority at this location, she needs to go through manager training and how to deal with customers. As someone also in customer service, her professionalism at handling situations is unacceptable. Taylor has no place working in a customer service field and defently no place working as management. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever, ever, EVER will I do business with this Pizza Hut again. This is one of those establishments that believes the customer should meet their needs, not the other way around. We ordered 5 pizzas for pick up via the PH app to feed a large group of family members. The total bill was $72 and some change. When we pulled into the drive through and attempted to pay with a $100 bill, they refused to accept it, stating that it was āagainst their policy to accept any bills larger than a $20ā, even on an order which was over $70. I wound up having to use a debit card (and I refused to use the PIN, forcing PH to pay a higher card processing fee) to pay the bill. Had we not had a bunch of hungry family members, Iād have stuck PH with the pizzas and gone elsewhere but there just wasnāt time. So, PH, if you refuse to accept my c ash, I will refuse to ever darken your doorway again.
