I’ve been coming here for a long time. Always really enjoyed the food and service has been ok. Although I’ll note service has never been amazing here. When family comes to town I bring them here. I’ve brought a lot of friends who also enjoy coming here. Today was the worst visit I’ve ever had and I think I’ll start looking for a new brunch spot. My visit was on Saturday around 1pm. They were busy but still had plenty of tables open so I wouldn’t say they were slammed. It took a long time for our server Kayla to greet us. By that time we were ready to order. I ordered what I get every time a birria omelette with egg whites & decided to try flavored pancakes for the first time (churro pancakes.) About 35 min after ordering our server came over to tell us the kitchen messed but my omelette and was remaking it. It was no problem we were understanding things happen. About 15 min later our food came out. I noticed right away my sons pancake was burnt. I didn’t complain cuz I figured I’d just share mine. My omelette was not as good as it usually was and the eggs were way over cooked. No biggy. I ate it anyways. Waiting a long time for beverage refills. Had to ask for our server. Then I start to eat my pancakes that look delicious but I soon notice under all the topping my pancakes are very dark/burnt as well. The server came over to refill our beverages and asked how everything was I told her they were my least favorite pancakes I’d had from there and showered her they were burnt. She said ok and walked away. I couldn’t believe the reaction but just let it go. I just ate the top pancake that wasn’t as bad as the rest. We then waiting about 20 minute for our server to come back. By this time I was irritated by our ridiculous wait times and rude service. Not to mention disappointed that my food wasn’t good. I walked to the front and asked if they could send over my server so I can pay and to ask for a manager. As a business owner I think business deserve to know when their product and service isn’t well. And how they handle it will let me know if they are a place I chose to support. The manager never came. Our server finally came and let us check out. She asked how everything was and I told her it was my least pleasant visit. She walked away while I finished my transaction. I tipped even though I thought to myself idk why I’m tipping my service was horrible. Then she came out and said I heard you asked for the manager why. So I told her it’s ok I’m just gonna leave. It was bad service and bad food. She again just said ok and walked away. While leaving the restaurant I decided I’m not gonna go back. There’s plenty of good restaurants out there who treat their customers respectfully. Jimmy’s pancake house down the street always has good servers and the food is consistent. $50 spent on a brunch I didn’t enjoy. I’ve only left 5 google review. I don’t often make the effort to write these but I was really bothered by the service. If you don’t like people you shouldn’t be a waitress. Don’t recommend this place if you want a pleasant experience. & with the manager never coming over it’s clear they don’t really value their customers...

This review is for this one experience on March 11, 2022 only, as I have been there before and had better results..... some of the drink specials are a joke. $2 off a Paloma made it $8? it tasted horrible. all sprite. no alcohol. should have sent it back. ordered steak tacos with flour shells, they came with corn shells. sent them back for the correct tacos, but got charged for both orders. tacos super greasy. order guacamole. it came with pico on top which we did not want. we were charged for the large when we ordered the small. server stated they only had one size. we showed him the menu, which was outdated apparently because it had pricing that was less than another menu server gave us. Server took $2 off the guacamole instead of bringing us what we actually ordered. ordered pizzadilla. not good, typically is. no mozzarella on it, greasy. server not attentive, forgot our waters we asked for. did not do checkbacks. food came out quick tho. when we got the bill that was $65 for those 2 entrees and 1 cocktail, 1 draft (holy cow!) we asked to see the mgr. server said he was the mgr. oh....really? well u need to learn how to be a good server before you manage the place!! we do not believe he was actually the mgr., just said that so he did not actually have to call the mgr over. it was my guests first time there and he will never go back. we got the incorrect order of tacos taken off the bill but it was still pretty high for a disappointing meal and experience. Read moreDon’t bother. Went tonight, and even though there were only three tables in the entire restaurant could not get waited on. The group behind us gave up and left. After waiting half an hour for drink refills and no food still, or the appetizer we ordered, we asked for our order to go. When asked if everything was ok, we informed it was due to the lack of service and we were no longer interested in waiting. Apparently, we got an extra queso for our troubles. Yet, it wasn’t included in our bags so, I don’t think this was the case. We also did not get chips with the queso we did order. We were not given any to go utensils, and the rice and beans were literally thrown into a bag and spilled out every where. We ended up going to Rudy’s to get more rice and beans, and chips so we could actually have something to put the queso on. Maybe for $5.50 you only get queso and no chips, I don’t know. We were trying to give a business a try, but we will just stick to the other restaurants instead where we can get service and entire appetizers, not just a part of it.
