Food is not bad, I can give 9/10 for food, but the service is suck. Especially we went to a down time which only has 4 tables, and they have 2 servers and multiple hosts over there. We knew pizza will take a while to cook, so we ordered calamari and bruschetta just because we were hungry. We waited 20mins finally have the calamari, and server said bruschetta will come out soon. Fine, I don’t know why premade frozen calamari needs 20 mins to get fried, and don’t know why no lemon comes with it. Another 5 mins, we had our pizzas came out, still no bruschetta. I guess they made the bread from the dough when we just placed order. Our server just didn’t know what she’s doing, took forever to get us some ranch or water. We asked bill and boxes, waited for another 10mins, tried to ask the group of hosts there, but everyone seemed busy to talk to each other. The whole experience was not pleasant especially they were really slow.

Decent but pricey. Still the best Chicago-style pizza you'll find in QC. Over $80 for a sausage pizza and a few beef sandwiches. The sausage overpowered the flavor of the cheese on the pizza and the sandwiches had no cheese or peppers. Disappointing. The original Tony's in Davenport had better quality food; it was fresher and tastier. Atmosphere and service was good at this new location, but I can't justify paying the high prices for so-so food.

I’ve been seeing the great photos of their food and good reviews. So we had to check it out for ourselves. It’s all true. Very tasty pizza and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for a good non-quad city style pizza. This is the place. Had the thin crust pizza and the crust was crispy, but not burnt. Excellent sauce and quality ingredients. They don’t skimp on the cheese.

The service here is absolutely a joke. About a month ago I ordered a pizza over the phone. Told me it would take 40 minutes for a Chicago style pizza, perfect. I arrived early so I went to the bar to have a drink, btw I checked in at the front and told them my name and that I was just going to have a drink while waiting for the pie. After 30+ minutes I went and asked if it was done. They said it would be right out and they would bring it to the bar for me. Another 15 minutes pass so I ask again. They then come back and said they never got it in the oven. This is after I have asked 2-3 times about it. I then wait another 40 minutes. Things happen, I get it. Now fast forward to last week. My dad was in town visiting and I knew it would take 40 minutes to make the pizza. We go to the bar area, bartender is there and doesn’t take our drinks or even ask for a menu. He disappears to who knows where. Then after 10+ minutes of sitting there wondering what is going on the manger/owner comes to the bar area and asked what we would like to drink. We both told him what we wanted and as he is pouring the second drink, I said “hey man, can I get a Chicago style pizza going” he then looks at me says “I’m not your waiter” in the rudest way. He realizes I wasn’t happy about that, and says “what kind of pizza you want”. I said “I’m good”, we drank the two drinks and went next door. Very sad that this happened, I have referred this spot to multiple people and enjoy the pie. I will not be going back and make damn sure to tell others...

Not impressed. We stopped here for dinner (family of 4). I ordered a thin crust pizza so my family didn't have to sit and wait for a deep dish to be made. The thin crust still took nearly 50 minutes and really wasn't good at all. All of the food came out very sporadically. The wings and fries came out at about an hour or so. My son's chicken tenders didn't come out until about an hour and 20 minutes after we ordered them, and we had to remind the server just to get them. Once they did come out, they were very hot from just coming out of the fryer, so we could tell they were forgotten until we asked. We weren't offered refills of our drinks (had to ask for them). We also had to ask for a bottle of ketchup, then another one once that one ran out because the first one was almost empty when we got it. We are all about giving places second chances, but right now, it seems like they have a lot of kinks to work out. These things they are struggling with are the same reason we quit going to this location when...

After not having a great first experience we decided to give it another try in hopes that the first visits issues were due to having just opened. Nope…we ordered the mozzarella sticks and thin crust version of their Chicago style pizza. Mozzarella sticks came out and were fine but 30 minutes later I asked our server where our pizza was because thin crust doesn’t take that long. Well apparently they burned our pizza and didn’t bother to tell the server or us. He apologized and we said just make it to go when it’s done. I am not expecting something for free but we paid full price for everything. I gave the server a 20% tip because it wasn’t his fault other than he maybe should have been paying more attention to the fact that we had been sitting for over 30 minutes with no food. At the very least I would have expected a manager to come over and make things right. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Not...
