This place would be amazing with better service and a more trustworthy system. Unfortunately the woman at the register always seems to have a chip on her shoulder and she has overcharged us by numerous times! The first couple I let slide thinking maybe a harmless mistake. When I brought it to her attention after having the menu and prices for both of us to see she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted the money back. I said yes and this isn't the first time this has happened. She grudgingly gave me the difference back. It's unfortunate because they have great food. Mind you we order from here quite often. With that said it seems that she has now deemed herself fit to add what she wants into our total every time we order. Let me start by saying the food is awesome! We have been going to Selys for a long while and usually have a big crowd and spend a lot of money. The lady whom works there, Selys sister has the worst attitude, she is rude she is short and she treats not only the customers badly but the staff too. I’ve overlooked it several times. No more! Last night was the last straw. Asking for a dollars worth of quarters for the gum all machine and she refused. She stated very rudely without opening her till, I HAVE NONE! My wife and I are from Indiana. We went to Texas for my high school reunion and a trip to the coast. On our way back to San Antonio Airport we wanted to find a good place for mexican food that was authentic and not like the food we get here in Indiana. We were not disappointed. Sely's is certainly not the most impressive looking place inside and out, but I am so glad we decided to go in and eat. We both had great service and the food was outstanding!!!
