We went on July 4th around noon and they sat us quickly. Place looked very updated and inviting. Figured it was almost time to close and perhaps thats why it was not very busy. Looked at the menu for about 15 minutes and realized no one came to introduce temselves as our server, offered something to drink, nor brought us utensils. I flagged a waiter down, the one with big glasses and thin hair, and he told us he would help us in a bit. Waited around 5 minutes and I flagged down the host and asked if it was possible to get coffee and utensils and so he did. We waited an additional 10 minutes and told waiter we were ready to order. Once he came back to take our order, I said I wanted a south of the border omelette - he asked, "what side?" And I responded, "I didn't realize it came with sides since it already lists beans." And his response was, "thats why we give you enough time to decide what you want." Then looked the the guy in front of us, which was the manager, and they both grinned. I must say it felt like a pretty rude comment but continued to put in my order - hopeful the food would make up for the service. Then I got my omelett and the chorizo in it looked and reminded me of taco bell ground beef - it was runny and the potatoes tasted like they were from the day before. The only thing that was good was the coffee, the host who was attentive and the man cleaning the tables, who was working hard, and stopped to wish us a nice day. That server that helped us and the manager need to step up their game. From this first experience I feel like the website and tik toks are misleading. I do not plan to go back to this place again. It was very...
Read moreThis place is very open and lively. Service however, was nonexistent. I arrived at 11:30 AM where a person immediately dropped off water at our table. The last contact with the person was 11:31 AM. Several employees walked by our table. I attempted to make eye contact to ask for service, every one of them that I looked at, looked away from me. After waiting 20 minutes to see if someone would help us I went to the host table and asked for a server. They apologized, talked to the , I watched the server walk up to two other tables before theserver arrived approximately five minutes later. We placed our orders. We’re eating approximately 50 minutes after our arrival. The coffee options are good. The food is bland, Maybe they call it toast because the food is meant to be bland like dry toast. After everyone was done, we waited another 20 minutes to see if our waiter would return with our bill. I again had to go to the Host stand to advise that we would like our bill so that we can leave their restaurant. Despite the complaints, no manager stop by to check in. The most attention we got was when it was time to pay the bill and the waiter handed me the scanner. This was the most time our server spent with us. This organization could benefit by training their employees on what it means to provide surface excellence. A company can be busy and still acknowledge its customers. A simple acknowledgment to say the server is running behind would’ve been enough. I would not recommend this place for Families, Business luncheons, or just a casual...
Read moreExtensive breakfast menu! Both sweet and savory. Not to mention the Mimosa tower. This place was packed at 12pm on Sunday but little to no wait for a table. They do have outdoor shaded seating. Also this seems to be THE SPOT for birthdays since we heard them singing and cheering at least 4 times. Can get quite loud. Not to mention the chorus of “SHOTS SHOTS SHOTS” lol. (Not sung for the kiddos birthday, in case ppl were wondering). I asked for the most popular sweet breakfast and was told the berry waffle and the banana foster French toast. So we got one of each. The waffle was PERFECT! The bananas foster was expectedly sweet and yummy, but may be over the sweet threshold for some. Also ordered the kids pancakes. I’m pretty sure those 4 mini pancakes equal one huge pancake! Which was perfect for taking the leftovers. Can’t wait to come back for the...
