First the pros; This place has potential. It's in a great location and has a spacious dinning area decorated in an uptown-urban-styled theme. There is a good mix of table-height, counter-height, and bar seating. They had so many TVs lined-up end-to-end around the dining room, it almost seemed like too much. They had so many beers taps, that not all the taps were in use, but still had a large selection of beers available.

Now the cons; Because of our work hours, my friends and I needed a spot that opened up earlier than most other places. They advertise a 10:00am opening time and we arrived at about 10:15am. All the lights and TVs were off, but I could see there were people inside so I knew they were open. When we went inside, it was clear the air conditioner was still off because it was very muggy inside (this was the middle of summer and already +80° at 10am in the morning) and it smelled of Indian spices. I am more of a conventional pizza fan, so the smell combined with the muggy-ness was off-putting.

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and some drinks. I was disappointed that they didn't have a soda fountain. They only offered a very limited selection of 20oz bottles of soda. My friends asked for ice water. They were directed to a large punch dispenser in the dining area which was filled about half-way with room-temperature water. At no time during our visit did they attempt to change the water in the dispenser, or even offer ice to my friends. We waited longer than expected (given the fact that we were their only customers). I'm guessing they still hadn't fired-up the ovens yet. When we finally got our pizza, it was mediocre at best. There was way too much cheese on it; so much that not all of it completely melted. The pizza wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.

I think that maybe if they didn't have a late start to their early opening, I would have enjoyed the place. But what it all boils down to is, how good is the pizza? In this case, it's not good enough to make me want to come back. I will not be going back to Parktown...

My wife discovered this place on Google when she was trying to find a place that makes Indian-style pizzas. Our all-time favorite had been Chicago's pizza in Livermore, but they shut down recently for whatever strange reason. I quickly scanned the prices of this Parktown location on Google Maps, and they looked low ($18 something). However, I did not know at the time what size the pricing was for. We visited the place and ordered two medium pizzas (Lemon Pepper Paneer and Veggie Masala). When the polite gentleman added the total, it left me shocked. About $75 for two medium pizzas. I have a weakness of not expressing dissatisfaction with something in person. So I just paid without making any comments. When I went to my wife sitting at a table and told her the total, she also could not believe it. She told me to cancel the order, but I felt it was a little late and would be disruptive at that time. I thought maybe the pizzas were gonna be out of this world, and that would hopefully justify their sky-high prices. But alas, we did not like either one. Nothing special. We used to purchase two medium pizzas for about $40 at Chicago's. Parktown really needs to evaluate their pricing. Originally, we were going to try out all of their pizzas through multiple visits, but their pricing just scared us away. Will not be visiting again. They seemed to be selling some sort of...

We love Park Town Pizza! Be it take away or just the overall ambience. This place is ideal to meet friends or just enjoy some lip smacking pizza.

We are also grateful to Park Town pizza for being our Gold Sponsor for Bengals Cricket Club. This has allowed our members to enjoy the food, the service at multiple locations this summer..

Here are some of team favorites that include mine

Lamb Kebab Pizza - amazing taste, an all time fav with our team and a regular order ad on every single time. Try this for sure

masala pineapple and Lemon Pepper Panner - Half n Half - is our Veg delight Pizza. Again a regular order for us, and something that we can vouch for is quality and taste have always remained the same across the locations we have visited. ( Milpitas , Pleasanton & Willow Glen)

3.Bom-Bay, (Lemon Pepper Chicken) our teams third pizza that’s on the table every time. This really is chicken lovers delight.

We also have enjoyed the masala chicken wings, curry bread sticks , loaded samosa. Our fav wings flavors are garlic and masala and the Karahi.

We enjoyed gathering here post games, and a few of you may have seen us. Once again hands down the best Indian pizza restaurant in the Bay Area...

My sons and I were passing through the area and needed a break from the highway. Indian pizza? Sure, worth a try! We must have walked in at a bad time because the place was deserted. Wait? Go elsewhere? We were about to leave when staff emerged. Probably just bad timing, we placed orders for three small pizzas. It was recommended we go with the thin crust so we did. I have to say, some of the best pizza I've ever had, and we all agreed! It competes head to head with State of Mind Pizza. Difficult to describe the crust, it was firm, crispy, not soggy. I didn't need to fold it NY style. But it was almost like biting into a great potato chip and can't stop going back for another bite. Not sure why it was so quiet while we were there, perhaps more people need to find out how great it is. Lots of beer on tap (which was very tempting) but we had more driving ahead of us. Limited selection of other non-alcoholic drinks so we had water. Wished they had iced tea since I was the driver. Would we go back? Eagerly!

Service is the Worst! Update: the store blocked my number, which is very childish for a business. I ordered on Uber Eats at the pleasanton location. Two pizzas which did not have any options for the crust nor were the crust type mentioned in the description. The order that was made for me was a thin crust pizza, which was not disclosed to me before making my order nor in the description of the item on Uber Eats. I called the store to fix my order to a regular pizza, but they refused to fix it or refund it. Uber Eats says that only the restaurant can refund after they started the order. I have been trying to reach the manager for the past one week but the manager never seems to be in any of the locations nor has a contact to reach out to.
