If you’re a fan of mediocre food, arbitrary pricing, and fake wait times, this is the place for you. I called on 8/21 at 7:13pm and placed an order we’ve gotten several times in the past - large pepperoni pizza, a dozen bone-in wings, and a fried chicken hoagie. I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived less than 30 minutes later, and the male employee said he was still working on it. No problem. It became a problem though, because I watched my pizza finally go into the oven at 8:00. Fun fact, when I first came in I noticed one of the fryer baskets sitting hooked above the oil with something in them; this “something” turned out to be the chicken that went on my hoagie that was assembled at 8:00 also. While I waited for my order, I was bothered by dozens of small gnats that were presumably let in through the open front door, courtesy of the torrential rainstorm earlier in the day. The female employee laughed and said “oh yeah, I need to close that” as I swatted them away. The door remained open, and always is during summer business hours. (As an added bonus to my experience, I discovered a gnat crawling on my neck as I was pulling onto my street.) The only other person working was a woman who always prices items differently when ringing you up. I have the newest menu, and before I called with my order, I anticipated spending about $39 plus tax. The hoagie has always come with lettuce and tomato, but evidently not this time, since I was charged $1 for this specifically. Each of my items were randomly priced, and when she told me my total was $47.32, I had to ask her to repeat it. At that point I didn’t have the energy to debate pricing. Rather than apologize for the blatant lie about the wait time, she gestured at the cooler and asked “Do you want a 2 liter? For the wait?” Like no, maybe an apology for wasting my time with a made-up wait time, but at the very least, I’d like to be charged what is advertised. The cost breakdown is in the photos, along with pics of the menu and receipts.

New to the area I thought I would try this place. The pizza was good and the wings. I never received the breadsticks that is part of the family special and also did not receive the toppings requested on my hoagie and even asked for a little extra of them. Had no dressing with it either. It was stated in the special request area. The hoagie was a disappointment and no breadsticks. I hope if I attempt this place again the experience is better. I gave it 3 stars for the pizza and wings being good and the nice driver and for me being refunded a slice credit of 5 dollars for the missing breadsticks on the Slice app

Clearly states they close at 9:30 delivery ends at 9. When I called some young kid rudely stated they are closed. When i mentioned that the website states they close at 9:30 the employee pretended to be someone else and said again that they close at 9. Which when i called it was before 8:55 which means even if they did close at 9pm they still are open for another 5 mins. Employee was very rude back and didnt even care to give customer service. Will definitely be calling the BBB about this. Yinz need to get your employees in check.

Nope nope and more nope. Called at 6:15p for a delivery order, which they estimated would be about an hour. At 7:40p we called wondering where the pizza was and was told it was out for delivery. Please note we live 5 minutes from the shop. At 8p we called the shop again and the call taker tried to tell us the same thing. We asked for a manger who told us it would be another 20 minutes before the pizza would be ready to leave the shop. Now at 8:15p we're being told it'll be another hour because they're down a delivery driver. We again live 5 minutes away and easily could've gone to pick it up if they would have informed us the excessive wait for food. Now I get to wait to see if they know how to refund a credit card. The worst part is when the manager admitted it probably would've been a good idea to stop taking delivery orders- the manager... Never ordering from here again and I can't even report how the food is. Never...

Horrible experience. Online order placed arrived at 7pm like the email said. Waited 1 hour and 5 mins after that time because he hadn't even started making it. Get the pizza home it's RAW IN THE MIDDLE not cooked not edible! Called up and he said he would not refund until he saw the pizza so he would come and get it. We waited until 10pm he never showed called and he said leave it someone will come and get it. We left it on our porch and woke up to raccoons scavenging it. He still never came to get the pizza and then when we called he said calm down in a few days I will refund your money. Yet to see a refund still waiting. This wasn't a 30 dollar pizza order it was over 100 dollars with a significant tip! He says he has no cooks which I understand but should have been refunded when pizza wasn't edible and we should have been given a REALISTIC pick up time so we weren't stuck there for over an hour...
