Wawa — Restaurant in Plumsted Township

I was just at this store I did a mobile pickup for a few drinks, set for pickup at 8:40p. I get into the store no later than 8:43p, and the customer service associate working on the smoothies keeps yelling for my order while I am also shopping inside the store. Upon check out and grabbing the beverage's he continues to tell me he was waiting for me to pick up my items. I guess if you do a mobile order you also can't shop the store. Left completely aggravated....

Normally great, but gas attendant Brandon swapped my loaded gift card for an empty one while pumping my gas today. The manager got my card back from him and took him into the office, saying this had happened with him once before. I hope he gets fired, and I wish there were a way to make him pay back everything he has stolen from other customers. I got my card back, but I'm sure there are plenty of others who haven't. Scum like this...

Male bathroom is filthy. Flies buzzing, toilet paper littered in on the stall floor. Huge brown sludge/ stain in front of the urinal. Scrubbing the floor obviously isn't a norm here. The toilet seat is stained. This shows a lack of effort to effectively clean the bathroom. I wouldn't dare step near the urinal. And it smells. This is a managerial issue. If the bathroom is filthy, what are the expectations for food handling?...
