Tony's Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Plymouth Township

If I could give zero starts I would do that. Horrible service and unacceptable customer care. Called to order pizza from another township. I'm not local there and was not sure where these guys are located exactly. I gave my adresss and repeated it multiple times. The girl on the phone said to wait 40 min and took my credit card for payment. 40 min later I got a call from driver who was not able to find me. Apparently he was give the wrong address. When I gave the correct one he said that I'm out of there delivery area and apologized. I called this place again and explained everything what happens and was advised that I would get a refund right the next day because the owner/ manager has already left. No one called me the next day so I called them myself. The owner/ manager who did not even bother to introduce himself was very rude and arrogant on the phone. He said that I should have know where I was calling and everything what happened was totally my fault. No apologies, no promise to refund my money. And finallyhe just hang up on me. Maybe the late night... (8pm) Maybe the day... (1st/ Friday) Maybe the month (March) Whatever it is.. for almost 100$ in food......well. our local 1star McDonald's is better 😖..... I ordered for pick up to be ready at 5:30, we got there 2 min before and they didn't even started making the food. My kids were waiting in the car for 34 min to get our order. Initially I said, give me back my money and will go somewhere else, the guy said I'll have it ready in 10 min. Didn't seem that bad, but kept going on and on... then as my husband left, they said no worries this is on us, but they never refunded my CC and said they didn't like my husband's attitude. Our attitude? What about yours? You promised food will be ready, charge over $3 in support local fee (whatever that is?!) It takes one 40 min on top of the pick up time selected and the food is hot but mediocre! They have the worst service and people working there!
