Food was literally thrown together and cold. The patty was more than halfway off the bread and fries were completely emptied into the bag. To make it worse, the food was cold, especially the patty. But, before i even go my food the girl at the register was already in a terrible mood. She asked, and i quote, "what do you want?!" As if i was some stranger knocking on her front door to sell her a bible at 3 o'clock in the morning. She took my order, then proceeded to turn around to look at the guy preparing the food with her back to me leaning on the counter yelling, again and i quote, "uggghhh, i about ready to walk out!" As in quitting. The guy preparing the food says to her something along the lines of "you ain't leavin' me here!" Then she turned back around to take my cash, finish the transaction, then give me my change, and turn her back to me again. All while not making eye contact with me at all mind you. She eventually went out side to smoke a cigarette, and then another person came in who i believe was a manager. She asked the guy where the girl went, and he said something like "smoke break, i guess." Then the manager says something like "do the drive orders first." Which I'm assuming meant to finish the food for the drive thru before mine. Of course that wouldn't have been a problem seeing how the other girl just left with three cars waiting on food, IF it weren't for that fact that he had already started on mine. Which is how it got cold. When my sandwich was finally done, the other girl came back in, grabbed my bag, and said "this is the last one! i'm going home early tonight!" She then grabbed my fries, held the cup/pouch/thingy sideways and dropped them in as if it were going into a trash can. Then she pushes the bag towards me and says "I'm done!" And leaves. The Manager's face was beat red, and looked as if she just had to deal with a spoiled toddler that she couldn't discipline because it wasn't her kid. I then just grabbed my bag and left. It was no use complaining because after the girl left neither of the other two would make eye contact with me. This is the last time I'll go to...

So I pulled up and waited 10 minutes. No food. I went inside asked for a manager Christa said she was the manager. Ok explained everything to her she told me to quit yelling I was not yelling. I handed her my receipt and asked for a refund....apparently the food was still not ready. She said the order was wrong. I said I just need a refund I got to go!! She asked me if I paid with a credit card, I said no it was cash, it's on the receipt as cash. She struggled trying to find where it said cash. She's the "manager" you'd think she'd Know. Read moreThis place now has a policy of accepting only one coupon per order, regardless of how many people are on the same order. Parents and groups take note! Each coupon must be presented in a separate order. If you have 2 or 10, be prepared to spend extra time at the counter, and if you stand behind such a group, bring something to occupy your time.
I asked if a customer was a person or a group, and was told that a customer is a person. If that is the case, why can they not accept one coupon per person in the order?
The person waiting on us was brusque, and did not start with "I'm sorry, but the policy is now . . ." She also disregarded my request for no cheese, and did not bother to repeat the order so I could tell what she DID comprehend. This was a "go" order, and I did not wish to face this woman again.
This is the only burger franchise in town that refuses to accept one coupon per person, and it seems to have been a recent decision, as we had no issues in the past.
And don't bother trying to do the email survey. NONE of them are recognized by the owner of the truck stop the...
