Polish Connection — Restaurant in Plymouth

Marie makes a great cheese, mushroom, onion omelette. Even though there's only take out orders now. Their pierogies are to die for. It's a wonderful place to get a great meal and everyone practically knows everybody. She was so busy today with making homeaide pierogies plus all week making fresh & smoked kielbasa. We really didn't have to much time to visit with each other. And met a new friend of mine there for the 1st time Greg Griffith. A wonderful man that helps senior citizens insulate their homes that can't afford it for free. And also for low income ppl. Anyway, it's a lovely little diner on Main St. in Plymouth. We came to do some genealogy research in Plymouth for my husband's side of the family. He was really hoping to have some authentic Polish food. However, after several attempts to figure out what time this restaurant opened, we could not go because there was conflicting information everywhere we looked including online and on the website. It's a bit disappointing as we were hoping to give business to a local business owner and perhaps try some good Polish food, however that was not going to happen with all the incorrect information posted everywhere as to the restaurant's hours. Sat for 20 minutes and still no server came to the table. Finally my wife got the owner's attention and instead of her coming over to us to help we waited a few more minutes for the waitress ( term very stretched to be used ) to come to our table. Ordered our food and around 6-8 minuted later found out they were out of pigs in a blanket. They were the reason we drove over 50 miles to eat there.
