Happy Pizza inc — Restaurant in Plymouth

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I have been a customer for over 20 some years nd we have had multiple family parties there…My family had a graduation party there yesterday nd there were 38 people were there!!! We had a group of people come in later…We ordered 3 more pizzas nd we were told they were 2 hrs behind bc they were busy,We said ok we will wait for it nd she said ok and put the order in….1 plain pizza came out(we were still waiting for the other 2 pizza) the group didn’t want the leftover plain pizza nd we’re waiting for the bacon and sausage pizza to come out…it was about 7:30 when I asked about those two pizzas coming out and she went to check and then we were told that she never put the pizzas in and we weren’t getting the pizza… We the called the owner nd we’re told she was not making those two pizzas and the owner also said if those people were so hungry they could’ve ate the plain pizza!!! They didn’t want plain pizza!!! The owner was very rude!!!! We paid over $670 dollars nd tipped the waitress(she was very nice though) WE WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER PARTY OR ORDER FROM THERE EVER AGAIN!!! I would suggest taking ALL YOUR BUSINESS...

Happy’s Pizza always had the best pagach in the valley. Well after tonight’s visit I will not be returning. First off they had hardly any potato and cheese in the pagach… it was paper thin and towards the end crust it was no filling at all and yes I understand the crust is the crust but the crust shouldn’t be 3 inches into the small pagach and by the way I ordered a whole one… yes I know prices are up when making these but I would rather at more for a good pagach than pay a cheaper price and get nothing and very disappointed… pizza had very little sauce and the cheese didn’t even melt. I read so many reviews about people raving over this pizza well obviously they’ve never ate real pizza… Sorry I was so disappointed tonight and like I said they’ve always had the best pagach in the county… I will definitely be looking for another place...

This place is ridiculous. Called and ordered a large pizza mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms and was told delivery wasn't an option until 5 pm, whatever. I went and picked it up. Needless to say I see a delivery van pass me on the way down. So I get a little annoyed, but still I think oh well. Then, I get there to find out they don't have the mozzarella sticks even on my order. The woman in charge says I never got an order for mozzarella sticks. Says something to the other girls working there and laughs, so I told her I did order them when I called.. Still pay the same price too and on top of it have to wait to get the mozzarella sticks ordered. This is why I don't like Happy pizza, but unfortunately the only other place in town now to order from is Nova and they suck. Wish Peppe's never closed...
