Sunrise Deli & Caterers — Restaurant in Plymouth

There is NOTHING...Absolutely NOTHING that can be said negative about the SUNRISE DELI. For 11 years my family and I lived in Bristol, Ct and we came to believe ALL delis were as attentive and engaging as the SUNRISE DELI. Boy were we WRONG. 1/2014 because of a family situation we had to relocate out of state. My daughter just recently returned, 3/2017, and the owners IMMEDIATELY recognized her and begin asking specific questions on how the family was and that it had been such a time since our last visit. Not realizing we had to make this move so many years ago. And then proceeded to make the very grinder Gretchen, my daughter, always orders and asks does your dad need one too? At this point with a smile Gretchen states she's taking them home to Florida on a flight 5 hours from now. These people, these AWESOME people said we got you covered. They made and wrapped everything to TRULY go including the incredible peppers and V/O along with our tomatoes. I can only imagine that the TSA inspectors were licking their chops at the sight of these incredible grinders and the works, so sorry! Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that my grinder was the EXACT way I ALWAYS asked for it? They didn't try to over do or make it something special they did it the exact way they have always made, PERFECT! Anyway people if you have an opportunity to go by the SUNRISE DELI in Terryville, CT I beg you to do so and let them know just how special a small little corner of the world can be in such a noisy world.

So happy I found this place. Definitely a small town feel.... I have gone there 4 or times sense I am back in town. And each time I had something different. Ham&cheese Grinder amazing. The hot dog with meat sauce amazing. Steak and cheese amazing. And OMG The chicken salad was just Honestly better than my mother's And the staff and the dude on the grill outstanding And let's not forget the steamed Vermont cheddar Burger so good yes...

Sunrise Deli is a small Corner Store type Deli that serves a bunch of good food that's the only way I can put it. They have steam cheddar burgers, Grinders hard roll sandwiches, hot dogs plus a bunch of other salads such as potato salad macaroni salad tuna salad egg salad. They have daily lunch specials that people who live in work locally come in and purchase daily. Their food is very good I've never had a bad...
