I've got to write a review about this BK. Unfortunately I see a lot of reviews that aren't that great but my experiences in the past year have been nothing but wonderful. I stopped by today and went through the drive through. A young man named Jacob took my order, was very pleasant and humorous. Immediately I was at the other window, the sweetest young lady gave me my order and wished me a great day. Do you folks not understand what it is like to go to a Burger King in Little Rock ? First off the parking lot smells like skunks ( cheap marijuana ). Your order is half ass taken, it's hit or miss if it's correct and it usually is covered in mayo and smashed. The people at the drive thru windows or counters look at you like they would rather drive over you than get an extra ketchup packet. I don't eat at Burger King in the metro...it's an awful experience as are most fast food places here. The service, food and experience in Pocahontas is GREAT, kudo's to the staff and management. BK should do a commercial there because the food honestly looks like...
Read moreI go here 2 to 4 times a week for breakfast. I have never ordered a croissant in my life. I think this morning they just gave me a croissant because they weren't ready to open, and didn't have any biscuits yet. They open at 6am, I was there probably 6:10. There is only two staff that I have encountered there that even act like they want to do anything, a deep voiced tall male, and a slender sandy blonde headed woman. I want to say, thank you, to them for being polite. Everyone else acts like, "Why are you bothering me." The food is reasonably good, it would be nice if they would give you want you asked for and paid for. ...

There were 2-3 young men who appeared to be sitting down on break. There were 3 customers dining in. I finally had to say, "Hello", to be acknowledged. They all had made eye contact with me while we were standing near the register. The gentleman at the window took our order. Then it took 10 minutes to make a plain cheeseburger, 8 nuggets and 4 cheese sticks. I believe they had one person go through the drive-thru after we ordered. The gentleman who waited on us seemed to be the person "holding down the fort" w/ thr cook doing okay to stay on track. They all seemed...
